Ordered online from their website to go. Was told upon arrival they don't use that service anymore. Very confusing. Had to order and wait, cutting down my available lunch break time. Had to rush back to make it within the allotted break. Food was hot and fresh. The green chili was tasteless. The chile cheese fries, at 9 dollars, were, in general, almost as tasteless. The green chili was bland. The pork appeared spiceless. Fries were fries. I had to ensure I could taste by drinking a sip of coffee. Yes I had taste. Only the chile cheese fries didn't have flavor. When adding the provided hot sauce the dish literally perked and spiced up. The carnitas tacos were small. Lots of onions. The tomatillo sauce was good. Overall I was disappointed. The menu is extensive and I will return to try something else. I just can't get over how bland the green chili was. Check them out if in the area. Call and order ahead so there is no wait. Don't order from the website. It doesn't work.

I will say I love this place when they get the order right. Today my chilaquiles were in green sauce rather than red, I asked for no eggs and it was riddled with scrambled eggs so I could not eat it myself. But for those who could they did say it was delicious. They missed they cilantro and onions i asked for, in replacement of no eggs. I basically recorded an entire order that wasn't what I ordered. The food was great but for those who could eat it but it was exactly what I didn't ask for. lol. I'll still order here again because when they do get the order right, it's def tasty and delicious. They just need to pay attention to the details for delivery orders. I ordered through grub hub

This is my go to spot on a snowy day or when I'm not feeling well or when I need a quick eat on the go! This location also has a bonus because there is a drive-through, outdoor seating, and always lots of parking in the lot. It's located near a Carl's Jr./Walgreens at Chambers and Iliff. My go to items at this location are the pozole, albondigas soup, tacos, elote and the tortas. I often stop by for the meatball soup with one or two tacos on the side. When you order the soup you have the choice of tortillas or bread, but I always choose the bread because I just love bread! I also often order pozole on the weekends or when it's really cold out. I always order pozole at different restaurants and I like taco Mex the most. The service is always really friendly. We recently went on February 2, 2022 and their wifi was down. However they were super friendly and we were super understanding. We ordered de Camarones à la Diabla, two tacos, albondigas soup and pozole with a 20% tip for about $65. If you ever need a quick meal and affordable meal then they offer burritos and tacos that are pretty affordable! Most of them are 2 to 5 dollars each.

Sadly, this little joint has been many different restaurants over the years. Some of them have been great and others not so good. Unfortunately TacoMex, just isn't one of the good ones, at least for me.I came through the drive-thru a while back and the ordering process was easy, but I had to wait 20 minutes for the food and there was only one car in front of me. Why have a drive-thru if people have to wait that long? The food was super greasy and needed more flavor. I've always heard how great TacoMex is, but this just didn't do it for me.

The other morning on my way to work, I decided to stop and get a breakfast burrito. I was the first in line and there was absolutely no one behind me so I placed my order and waited about 15 minutes. As soon as I got to work and took a bite I noticed that the bacon was under cooked. I'm pissed because I could've got sick and what was the rush on cooking this burrito when there was no one else in line. I even tipped the place!! I will never be back and beware to those that decide to go!

If you want the real deal here it is. Great flavor all around. The carne a'sada (steak)tacos are my favorite. Topped with cilantro and onions. The salsas are nice and spicy made fresh daily. All the fixings on the side make for an easy carry out. I find myself here almost every week.

Oh, TacoMex - what a delight you are! I've been coming here for about a year now and they, almost, always get it right. I typically come at night time, and I always get the same thing - Pastor tacos. Sometimes I add a pastor quesadilla or burrito for giggles (what? I love consistency lol). The pastor here is great! Always delicious and hot! Service is awesome! Sometimes it might take a few minutes, but I've never waited longer that 20 minutes. I wish I could give you more info on other items, but the pastor is amazing. Why should I deviate when I drive 25 minutes to get here?

I was highly amused to see TacoMex open in weeks when another restaurant just a few blocks away took the better part of a year to open their doors.I popped by around 7:30pm on a Monday night. The hours are great - they're open from 7:30am-11:30pm so it's pretty easy to catch them when they are open. There were one or two cars in the drive through but I decided to go inside since I wasn't familiar with the menu. There was a guy waiting by the counter for his order but no line at the register so I was able to order right away. I decided to try a variety of tacos: Al Pastor, Carnitas, Chicken, and Chorizo. Prices are very reasonable at TacMex - my tacos were $1.50 each and most menu items are under $10. They have a surprisingly large seafood selection for a fast food concept restaurant and the breakfast menu is very affordable and offers quite a few options. They definitely had a superior salsa bar to other taco places I've been to and I liked all three flavors that I tried which seemed to be tomatillo, hot red chile, and chipotle. The Carnitas and Al Pastor was fine but nothing special. The chicken was very good - tender and moist, had clearly been marinating for a while but kind of plain like a good pulled rotisserie chicken. The chorizo was the standout favorite. My only complaint - and hopefully this is just a result of them just having opened - was how long it took for the food to come out. As I mentioned above, there were only a few other customers ahead of me, yet to took close to 15 minutes to be served when I would think all of the ingredients for street tacos would be pre-made.I will definitely be back to try more but not when I'm in a hurry.
