The food was good. The issue was the price. Two tacos, a burrito, a quesadilla, and a churro, water to drink, $27. Seems high to me. No complaints on the food. For fast food, pretty tasty, but that price left a bad taste in my mouth for sure, hence the 4 star overall rating.

Well, when you are hungry and strapped for cash, Taco Johns still has a value menu, if that's worth much.The whole place is actually pretty clean and orderly, so it wasn't like this place was hard up for anyone willing to buy anything. The service was a bit slow because one woman was being an outright champion by doing all the things the store needed to operate today. Props to that food-based hero.Though, the food from said value menue is actually pretty small in size. So if you're going, prepare for ordering more than 1.

Well normally I love their service here, they are always nice and never have a problem handing out order, the order we get every-time, well today we went and the blonde girl named Alyssa was rude as could be and couldn't even get our order correct. Had to ask how many burritos we order when we got to the window to pay... my biggest problem is she was all nice with my husband until she saw me... but forget that, get our food and she still didn't even put the hot sauce in the bags we tried to sit and wait and she just wouldn't come back to the window so we had to go back around the drive through and she was again rude as could be. And my husband was very nice the whole time, to get treated so poorly while being nice is just unacceptable. You guys need to make sure you don't have unfriendly people handing out the food.But on a good note, their food is absolutely always fresh and perfect! They always are on point with their food not gonna lie! Their meat and potato burritos are the best yet! And their olays are always fresh and delicious! Love this restaurant just work on who you got working for you! This experience won't keep me from coming to eat here that's for sure!

I'm not sure why the ratings are so low here. If you're rating this against taquerías or Mexican restaurants then sure, it can't compete. If you compare to a Taco Bell or a Del Taco, it can definitely hold its own. So, is it 4-star food? No way. But is it 4-star fast food in this category? Absolutely.

Why people like the Americanized Mexican food so much? Seriously why? I took two bites of the meat and potato burrito and that was it. Pure nonsense! The "famous" fries were salty and nothing especial. They have a nice salsa bar, one star for that. And the other two stars are for the friendly employee, nice seating area and clean bathrooms.

Every time Ive come to this location the service has been quick and friendly, even when English is not the cashiers native language. The food is served quickly and usually brought to my table. The flavor is consistently on point and usually better and fresher tasting that the local competition at or around the same price point.The dining area, bathrooms and parking lot are clean and free from litter. This place should not be compared to a sit down Mexican restaurant with waiters, but for fast food, its not bad.
