Well I was suppose to get Spicy Cheesy Double Beef Burrito and ended up with some kind of chicken burrito. It was warm, tough, the red strips are soggy as well. Usually this location is a hit or miss, depending on the time and day. Mornings always rocks, evenings, not so much. But I do get things happen, hence the 3 stars. I placed my order on the app. I also had a taco party pack, which the kids destroyed, 2 box meals (1 taco was missing, but that is whatever as well, I couldn't eat anymore so at least it didn't go to waste) and the burrito. This time we went inside and took it to go. Drive through is always a nightmare due to way how it's set up (I don't think whoever designed the drive thru through it through completely). Also, no Mexican Pizza here either -sad panda-.

For a Taco Bell, this location does it right (most of the time!). This is my "home" location as it's closer to where I live. The food is always hot and fresh and majority of the employees are pretty great! The morning crew is awesome. They never run out of what I need, and the line is always moving. If I ever had an issue, they were awesome about correcting it, and making it right. Overall, it's a great location for friendly service, and hot and fresh fast food!

For how much these employees get paid it's so frustrating when we come through and spend $38 because we're starving and love Taco Bell and we get the window slammed on our face as we receive our order. I'm so sick of company's like this that act like they don't need to do their job. They get paid more than some people in healthcare but get frustrated when people come through and order food. We were respectful when we ordered and we were clear about what we wanted and we arrived to the window we got dirty looks and attitude. Then the window was slammed in our face. 0 stars.

They are really hard hearing as I tried to tell them a lot of time what I wanted and when I came to the window they continued to be rude about the wrong order that they put . And bad customer service in general. Food was raw as well

I don't do a lot of fast food, but was craving a burrito supreme today for some reason. It was the worst one I've ever had. It was mostly beans, no sour cream and very little tomatoes, lettuce and beef. It will definitely make me think twice to visit this location again. I also got a bean burrito and the two were the same size.

I asked to use the restroom before I ordered and she said I couldn't have code till after I purchased something. I was here to eat but needed the restroom asap! It's really upsetting when you have to wait. Not okay with that! Horrible female employee at front.

Probably one of the slowest Taco Bell's I've been in. I get the objective is to get the drive threw moving but when you have 7 people in lobby and 2 of them are pick ups and not a single person can stop and say "hey give us a few" or "do any of you have pick up order" that would be pretty cool. Rather their employees just walk around like their aren't people waiting. But hey props to the gentleman who tried to come over and take out orders before he was pushed to the side by his coworker. Crazy how it took him stepping away from his station for someone else todo their job. ( I have ran a Taco Bell so I know how stressful it can be but I would've never ran my store that way)
