We have been to this Taco Bell many times and it can be a little hit and miss with the food. Usually the later at night it is the lower the quality it is. Service can be a little slow sometimes when the drive through is backed up. However, usually good. We usually go through the drive through but the location seems fairly clean.

Two stars cause the quality is pretty decent.We ordered some of the more expensive items and got two hard shell tacos and a bean burrito. Literally no effort is put into getting the orders right. Feels like they just grab random things and shove them in a bag.

There were literally no one in line while someone said they are short staffed and their taking mobile orders only. Which is totally understandable. However, We make the order in the app and come back in 5 minutes as we are told but then a lady replaces the person before and tells us 15 minutes. We waited another 20 minutes and go back through the drive thru just for her to tell us another 10 minutes. I understand being short staffed and I have worked in the industry for over ten years. 3 people in line, if that, should not be too much work. Everything is prepped and it's literally fast food. Absolutely stupid. Waiting a total of 45 minutes and ending up leaving without having food in hand (when there is literally no one around) or receiving a refund at a "fast" food place is absolutely ridiculous. Worst experience I have ever had.

The morning manager is a rude woman. If she spent more time training and helping her employees rather than texting in the office when it busy they'd be in better shape. They were baggie chips on front register counter. Food was made wrong and after I asked for a remake was greeted with attitude from the manager. I seen two gentleman ask if they were hiring to which she said no when they clearly need help. No chairs down as to detour customers from sitting in. This is not the representation I know Taco Bell to be do better.

literally just walked out of there and wanted to leave a review because the service was that bad. I ordered food and got my food, waited on my iced coffee for 10 minutes after the manager said he was making it then disappeared. then I was confronted by the other worker who said it was MY responsibility to tell them I had an iced drink? when I obviously ordered it, then when I said he said he was making it she shook her head and I'm sure rolled her eyes at me and was very rude. should I have just gone back there and made the coffee I paid for myself or what?

The staff there is very rude. I asked to talk to the manager and he was not much better. I highly doubt that it was the manager I talk to.
