$11 in Burritos. Yep...I bought $11 in burritos at Taco Bell and never regretted it once! Why is the food here so gooooood? I don't care! I actually got kicked out of one Taco Bell for taking too many sauce packets. Not this one...they don't know about my extreme sauce habit just yet.

I love Taco Bell but this is not a good location, the front counter employee gave attitude to both me and my friend about our food. I waited 20 minutes inside for my kiosk order and I guess it was behind the counter the whole time, and when I got it she said "we called it out like 20 times" but my friend and I heard nothing. I also ordered some food under another name and didn't hear that one called out, and it was also behind the counter a very long time. Then my friends order had an error and when he asked for a replacement chalupa they gave him a black bean crunch wrap instead and basically said take or leave it. He took it because a drunk + homeless person was drinking rum inside and retching and asking for an ambulance after they let him sleep on the table for a while and didn't intervene when he was asking for someone to get him to a hospital. I ended up calling him an ambulance even though he asked employees to first, then the guy has his hand down his pants asking for a peek up my skirt and was causing a scene but still no employees intervened. Then he started unbuckling his pants and I was walking away from him but nobody did or said anything and so $20 of cold/incorrect food and a sexual harassment experience later, we dipped. A person/employee outside said he does this a lot, idk maybe ban this guy if he's inside begging for food and drinking liquor inside the Taco Bell. Pretty much the worst visit to any location nationwide and I used to go to a Taco Bell that had a Meth lab inside of it.

Normally I like this Taco Bell...and I have low standards for places like this because you get what you pay for. BUT on 12/6 at 7 pm many customers had to back out of the drive through because they were just ignoring everyone. I went inside assuming something was up with their system, but they refused to acknowledge about 6 customers standing at the corner. We were all being polite but they would not take orders and would not look at us. Don't know what was going on, if someone walked out or if they're overworked but it was awful. They all just seemed like they didn't care and the manager seemed defeated. Big oof

We don't eat a lot of fast food, but every now and then Taco Bell has its place. We ordered around $40 of food. When we got home, there was zero sauce and half of the items were unwrapped and a complete mess in the bag. I get there is a huge variance in quality when choosing a fast food location, but I will say this about the South Broadway location. This type of quality control is a clear reflection of the owner/manager. Food was cold, a complete mess, and not a sauce to be found. It's just kids there I get it, but it's frustrating no less.Again, this is a reflection on the owner and manager. Disappointing.

I eat so much TB via door dash. I ordered THREE times via door dash tonight, every order was completely wrong. I don't eat meat, every order had meat on it. This was not door dash's fault. Highly dislike the ordering monitors for the guests. Yes it's high tech and I like that but the communication after we placed the order was lacking. Lacking human interaction to make sure food was correct, or to even say it's not correct or missing something like our missing drinks.

I don't eat fast food a lot but I needed something to eat today so I went in but first thing I had happen when I sat down I had a guy walk in off the street and starting smoking what I assumed was fentanyl in the bathroom based on the smell, the staff took 30+ minutes to make the food and there was a lady who was also displeased with her service and was trying to talk to the manager and the workers said they don't speak English, and they just stood around and did nothing and I don't think a manager was even on site. It was an uncomfortable environment I would go somewhere else if I had known better.
