Ive been going to this taco bell for a little while and honestly it just gets worse and worse their service is nice and all but the waiting and the food not even been full we get a hard taco and half the taco isn't even filled. Every single time we get a chicken quesadillas it's never melted the cheese is literally cold and each time you think your gonna get your order right you don't luckily not this time but last we they forgot two items just don't go to the taco bell on 104th and chambers.

Taco Bell Cantinas are supposed to be a cut above the rest. Not this one. I'm sorry, but you NEED drive-thru attendants who speak clearly. My husband has to use a hearing aid, so that's bad enough, but even I couldn't understand her half the time. She spoke fast with her thick accent and wasn't annunciating well, and then to top it off, her mic is picking up all this background noise, including her whispering manager. He was either training or assisting her and trying in a low voice, but the mic is so sensitive that you just hear two voices layered over each other. It took us an absurdly long time to order as a result.First, she repeatedly refused our request to add sour cream on top of a Mexican pizza. She kept saying it didn't come with sour cream. No crap lady, why do you think we're asking for you to add it? It took us 3-4 times to explain its something they charge extra for, like good lord woman, were you born yesterday? ‍ Then the double-decker taco...wow. I thought they brought it back for good, but later learned it was a limited time FOMO grab during the holiday season. Still, when I asked for it, she said "what's a double decker?" LOL. The manager finally came on and said, "You mean the double stack?," to which I asked, "Is that what you call it now?" The manager hesitated for a second before answering yes.This was my first time eating Taco Bell since the double decker returned for the holidays, and only my second time since they brought the Mexican Pizza back a couple years ago, so how the hell should I know what he's talking about? My guy, you can admit if you don't have something, don't sell me crap I don't want. Nacho cheese between the shells?! Barf. I also ordered Nacho Fries. We went here at 10 am. HOW ON EARTH are your nacho fries already cold and soggy at 10am? Why in the hell are you still serving them?! Cook up a hot batch for crying out loud. What a joke. The Mexican Pizza was one of the worst ones I've ever eaten. Way too many beans and barely any beef. I will never go to this Taco Bell without a change of ownership.Any Taco Bell anywhere will automatically get docked a star because I LOATHE this game of FOMO-fueled quarterly sales they play just to please their shareholders. There was no damn good reason to take the Double Decker back off the menu.

I ordered my usual (crispy) bacon and cheese sandwich but accidentally got (Blackened) that is grilled chicken, instead which I never tried before. I am so thankful coz this is my new favorite. Its so flavorful, and juicy .

This location is terrible. They consistently will not give you your entire order. Don't even bother pulling away from the drive thru unless you pull everything out and check. I'll even tell the guy to wait while I check because they are so bad about giving you the food you paid for. Please hire better help.The food quality isn't anything spectacular either. Things that are supposed to be hot and crispy are cold and soggy.

I really don't want to give them this one star. This has got to be the worst Taco Bell. The food is cold, dry, and hard like it's been sitting there for hours. Oh and don't count on getting any meet inside your taco because it's not happening. The staff is decent at least.

Manager was a total a hole. I was overcharged for drinks then I went back and talk to the manager and was told I am supposed to tell them about the happy hour special. I have never gone to a Taco Bell that requires a consumer to tell them that they want a happy hour drink, she was very unhelpful over a few dollars worth of beverages. Save your money and go somewhere else.
