Okay, first of all, I'm rating it 5 stars ... it's a 5-Star Taco Bell. As good as it gets.Their staff is helpful and pleasant, the food is good, and the specials are awesome. Caught the Colorado Rockies special today - 4 tacos for $2.00. Just as delicious as if they were full price, only better!

My husband and I went through the drive true last night around 10:20pm and I was really wanting to try the new deluxe cravings box. I know I won't eat the whole thing in one seating but everything in the box sounded so good. We got up to the window and were greeting by Anthony. They get 2 stars for Anthony. he was super nice, polite, and helpful. After we ordered we got up to the window and he was in a great mood and extremely friendly. I even asked his name to make sure I would note that in the future. Fast forward to when we got home (which btw we passed 3 Taco Bells on our way home) and opened the bag to find out we were missing a deluxe chalupa, the chips for the chips and queso, the Mexican pizza had no red sauce on it at all and was made with pinto beans instead of refried beans. Then the other 2 burritos we had were made with refried beans instead of pinto beans. The only this that was correct were the crispy melt tacos. Those were correct and good. It was already almost 11pm, I had to get up for work this morning so I was not able to drive back (past 3 taco bells) to complain about the order or call and talk to some kids that can't do anything to help. So, I called 1-800-TacoBell. I will admit I am not a complainer when it comes to this stuff often but missing half the order and the other half was wrong just isn't right. Once I finally got a rep on the phone he was helpful and offered to give us four $5 giftcards mailed to us or he could send the info to the manager at that location and it would be up to the manager on what they would do, if anything. I decided not to take my chances and opted for the giftcards. Thanks to the rep, I will get back what I spent on missing items. I will say I got to Taco Bell here and there but I probably won't go to this location again. I hope they give some praise to Anthony though. he seemed like a great guy.

HORRIBLE! Went through the drive-thru as dine in is never open. 8:25pm 06/30/24. Said they're only taking online orders and pickups. I asked why they didn't put a sign up. They said they don't care. I escalated out of frustration and then the last thing they said to me was "F*** You and Your Mother!" This location has continuously gone down hill for years and needs to be closed.

Amazing customer service. Initially my order was incorrect. I was already home when I noticed, so I gave a call. After a brief, pleasant conversation with the MOD she took my name and offered a full replacement. It took me about a week to get back to that side of town, so I called before going there and the manager said they would honor the replacement. I showed up and the MOD personally made my order to ensure everything was correct. We need more fast food managers like this one this will now be my primary location. Thank you for taking pride in your job!
