Beware! Do not eat at this location. The only reason why I settle is because I work nearby. The food is always old and dry. It's never hot or fresh. The shells are like wood and the fries are the worst I ever had. I honestly think they made them from days ago and just reheat. I do not trust the cleanliness practices and believe they reuse food. It has happened on more than one occasion. Do not go!

Zero Stars, every time! Why do I go back? I go back every 4-5 months, hoping that there was a transition in employees, or maybe a proper training program was implemented, yet I'm disappointed every time.What happened to this chain of restaurants? I can see that the managers do not care, and neither do the area managers; this place is just a paycheck.10/26/2023 at 7:45pm, I stopped by the location on Smoky Hill and Buckley across the parking lot from Walmart. I ordered food from the kiosk inside. The order took about 20 minutes (even though there weren't any patrons in the drive through or in the lobby. I received half of my order, and I also received someone else's. The other half of my actual order walked into the door with another patron, who complained about receiving my order. The "manager" took their bag to the cook line, added a fry to the bag, then gave it to me, even though that order had left the store. What!? I lightly scolded him, telling him that he was putting me at risk and he states, "they didn't hardly open the bag." What!? I opened the bag, noticed that it was tampered with, plus two items were incorrect. He saw how upset my expression was, then quickly took that bag, leaving the other before I could speak. They proceeded to remake the entire order (he didn't communicate that), then gave it to me 15 more minutes later. I checked the bags again and the order was still incorrect! I opened up the incorrect order and he argued with me in regards to what goes on the order. He then realized that they were at fault, remade it, and handed me the bag and walked off.What in the Taco Gods is going on here? In my teens, I was an Area manager of Taco Bell, and all of my restaurants had a 5 star ranking.My point? I don't care about a $40 order, all we all want is the correct food, good service, and an apology if you do something incorrect.Sorry for the book, I used to work there and I loved making people happy by great service, every time...but now, I'll never go back.

I ordered on the app and when I arrived, and informed the employees that I had a mobile order, they were dumbfounded and said they never received it. But when I showed them my order on my phone they just went ahead and made it for me. I guess this happens quite frequently since they didnt even argue with me and just went ahead and made it. So thumbs up for them. other than that just a regular standard Taco Bell.

Absolute worst Taco Bell ever. Not only are they slow, but half the workers are rude, and they always get the order wrong. Plus the inside is almost always closed when it's supposed to be open, and it's always dirty inside when it is open. I am so tired of being nickel and dimed for every extra like a sauce or tomatoes, just for them to not even put it on, then have the employees question you and make you prove to them that it's wrong before they do anything about it. Why are you gatekeeping so hard anyway? Are they paying you that well that you feel the need to "die on the hill" to defend their profits? Anyway it's not like I'm lying and just feel like wasting everyone's time sitting in the drive thru, I just want what I ordered and paid for.It's also an unfair practice as a whole to charge someone for add-ons, but not subtract anything for removals. And if you want to swap one sauce for another (i.e. nacho cheese instead of chipotle sauce or vice versa) you get charged EXTRA as if you're adding the sauce additionally, but if you just want no sauce at all you're still charged the full price. How fair is that? Now that is not exclusive to this location only, it is Taco Bell as a whole. And with their overall degradation in quality, and severe slashing of options, with bs "limited time" items that are here one week and gone the next, I have no reason to ever go to Taco Bell. After being a die hard fan and defender of Taco Bell my whole life, they lost me and my whole family. They just stopped caring. Taco Bell was always the butt of the joke, how it's garbage and makes you sick, but secretly everyone actually loved it. Now those jokes are true. Especially with the insanely unjustified jump in prices, lack of options and variety, and terrible service especially at this location.If you must get taco bell go to a different one, any other one is better than this one, although not by much, but at least there's a chance you'll get what you ordered.

If I could I would leave 0 stars, the lady at the window was absolutely rude, we even went around a second to order one more thing we were polite and respectful both times we went and the lady at the window was rude and had an attitude. When we got home we had a total of 10 food items and only 3 hot sauces total, when we called to speak the manager she accused us of cussing at her well driving off which was not ture and said there stander is one sauce per food item again he had 10 food items and only 3 sauces. when we asked for the corporate number they refused to give it us and when we asked the manager for her name she just hung up on us. Not to mention the food was dry and or poorly made.

Horrible! I wish I could give this place negative stars. This Taco Bell is OUT OF CONTROL and needs to be SHUT DOWN ASAP.The lobby is often CLOSED (dining area and bathrooms are extremely dirty on the rare occasion it is open), doesn't follow established rules/standards/hours of operation, drive-thru is ridiculously SLOW, NEVER provides all menu items, and TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. Here are the key issues.- FILTHY HEALTH HAZARD: Serious cleanliness issues (smoking & vaping inside restaurant), health concerns (disgusting lobby, bathroom, and food preparation area/environment), and poor hygiene practices (not washing hands or being allowed to wear a bathrobe, instead of proper uniform, while working the drive-thu). Call the health inspector before somebody gets food poisoning and ends up in the ER.- RUDE & UNPROFESSIONAL: It's closing earlier and earlier. At 7:30 pm, the drive-thu box told me "sorry, we are closed, please visit during normal business hours." Does this Taco Bell follow their posted schedule? This location has a history of closing early (see previous negative reviews). They also ignore, make fun of, and even laugh at customers who request service (see attached pictures).- REMOVE Adriana Q ASAP (pictured laughing, and refusing to open the drive-thu window, while wearing a bathrobe at work): She is their biggest problem, has a TOXIC attitude, and zero customer service skills. As a much older lady, you'd hope she'd set a better example for the younger employees. Look through the negative reviews and "Adriana's" name, and poor attitude, is a common theme throughout the posts.- NO LEADERSHIP: Unfortunately Monica (manager) has no control over the crew and is too young and inexperienced to know it. I don't know how this location is still in business... Just look at the previous reviews, which has the highest negative feedback I've seen for a Taco Bell.This team's apathy, immaturity, and lack of professionalism is ruining this franchise. Sad...
