Didn't start my online order until I arrived and told them I was trying to pick it up. Never called my name or anything when they finished making it, had to go back up there and tell them I was picking it up. There's a mobile online ordering table for a reason. Staff was mopping in the middle of the day. EVERY INCH. Was asked to lift my feet so they could mop under neath!?!? Never had this happen anywhere.

Time and again this location has let us down. Order has been wrong several times in the past, paying for things we didn't get. This time ordered 6 tacos and 2 chalupa's. I asked for extra sauce and they gave us 4 packets. It's not that hard guys. We won't be back. This is ridiculous.

Made a huge order of almost $40. Had it picked up and of course this location didn't give our drinks to the person picking up our food so here we are with a bunch of food and no drinks. Call to let them know we can swing by to get them and no one is answering. The least they could do is answer to make sure people's orders are correct. Very upsetting. Will be calling back tomorrow to get a refund on the 4 drinks we orderedAlso missed one of my crunchy tacos Just all around annoyed with the service at this location. Ordered the night prior and showed up at 1:05 to be told they changed their hours and cancelled my order I made around 12:40

Wow Every time I order from here no matter what it is the food quality is poor they Really Need to be shut down an everyone needs to be fired an a New Crew should be hired they are Rude when you call to complain or they just don't answer the phone I can't believe DoorDash actually allows there Drivers to deliver from such a Trashy Establishment, I will never order from this location ever again I'm so disgusted by the poor quality an just the food Safety I do understand food costs but for customer satisfaction I'd just have to give what brings service I hope someone does something about this ...!!!! Cause this can kill people it smells sour it just doesn't meet any Standards Do Better Taco Bell I really don't think y'all deserve one star but it's the only way I could make this post

The one on sable and Colfax. The front counter girl was very friendly and helpful. I give her 5 stars. The manager was in kitchen and she seemed mad or something like she didn't want to be there. Mean dog looking at everyone. We ordered taco party pack all soft taco but of course we got hard tacos. Very disappointed in this store. Except for the cashier. Our order came to $45 and also ordered a burrito supreme and yet no burrito. Only thing I got to say positive is the chulupa was delicious

Order more than 6 items and ask for extra sauce. You can expect to receive 6 sauces packets. Next time I will be very clear and order 12 packets and hold up the line and count to be sure I get what I ordered

If you are not going to be taking orders at the counter and only the kiosk it might be helpful to place a note or pay attention to customers wanting to order. It was kinda rude how the crew member just pointed and told me to order myself. No hello or anything. I couldn't order an iced coffee at the kiosk, no option.
