Tuesday, December 21, 5:00 p.m inside service. The guy was kind, patient, friendly and made two excellent sandwiches. I had a veggie delight and it was A plus. I had the same sandwich the night before and the two didn't even compare. A different employee, who came across as not wanting to be there, made a dry tasteless veggie delight. I really appreciate the attitude and work tonight's employee gave to me as a guest. Attitude is everything and his was positive and professional.

I love this location! I hadn't eaten a subway in a long time as I typically go to Jersey Mikes, but this location is awesome. Now that they slice the meat in store I find the sandwiches are better and fresher. I like the #15 Titanic Turkey that automatically comes with extra meat. It is pricier than it used to be-what what isn't. Look for coupons in the mail. They have an app now for rewards so it may be worth downloading if you eat at subway often.

Unfortunately, this is the only location near me. I've order online, in-person and at the drive through. The service is pretty bad and you will consistently hear the employees complain about their job. Food is typical subway quality. Ambiance is below average due to the constant complaints of the employees... despite it being very slow every time I've been there.

Food was wrong and when I went back to get it fixed the woman was extremely rude and wouldn't remake it, claiming that she made it correctly the first time. What ever happened to customer service? Plus the sandwich I did get was TRASH. The tomato's were green, lettuce was turning brown. Such a joke.

Worst subway in the area. This subway is the closest to me so I occasionally take the risk of ordering through them instead of driving to the 88th and Wadsworth location. Not once has my order been correct or on time. The employees are always rude and always seem to be standing around or sitting in the lobby. My last experience with this location was enough to never go back. Ordered my sandwich 30 min before I had to go to work to give them plenty of time to get it right. I arrive at location 15 minutes after the subway app stated my order was ready. And what do you know my sandwich hasn't even been made yet and their excuse is that they are out of Italian herb and cheese bread. It's 10:30am find it hard to believe they have already ran out of bread for the day. They tell me they can make it with wheat but will take 10 minutes which I could not wait any longer for. I tell them I don't have time to wait more and need to be refunded so I can get food somewhere else before I'm late for work. After arguing with the cashier that I need to be refunded some old hag comes out of the back barking at me that they don't do refunds. After going back and forth for about 5 minutes asking what I'm paying em for if they didn't even provide a sandwich the cashier finally slaps some cash on the counter out of the register and tells me there you go. Extremely un professional. Highly recommend staying away from this location. Hands down worst subway in the area.

I placed a delivery order and the food was good,except I order meals for both sandwiches and I didn't get brother drinks and only got one bag of chips not 2. None of the sandwiches had cheese, and they were both missing a lot of toppings. And instead of them helping me they said that I can just request a refund on DoorDash, mind you I ordered through the subway app, and the lady had a terrible attitude, and said there was nothing she could do. Terrible people and ok food is not what I want when ordering food.

There are too many people who only use this app when they have a bad experience and not enough reviews that talk about the good experiences. I wanted to take the time to leave a review to tell you that this is the best subway in the Broomfield/Westminster area, hands down. I was so impressed with Cat's attention to detail, and her kindness and customer service. The food made with a vegetables that looked and tasted fresh and not like it's been sitting out for days.
