I have visited here with my kids several times. I see the owner often participating in the preparation of food and cleaning of the store. EVERY employee that I have dealt with has been friendly, professional, and has said they like working at Subway. The food is always fresh and I see the employees cleaning up after each food prep. My young son loves it so much that he says he wants to work there when he is old enough! I can't say enough positive things about this particular Subway - it really is fast and fresh. And the smiles on the employee faces are a ray of sunshine. I'm really a customer and was not paid to write this!! :-)

this location is frequently unprepared for a moderate sized lunch rush. i gave them a few chances before writing this review. they're out of bread a lot, or rather they have bread but it isn't finished baking. yesterday they didn't have anything but flatbread. they were out of most cheeses. they were out of most cookies. most sodas were empty and they only took the time to replace the exact ones people asked for. the soda machine is regularly broken, dripping flavors into every drink. they discontinued swiss cheese a long time ago, but won't take it off their menu.

It's not like I go to Subway very often, so they probably won't miss my business. But I doubt I'll ever patronize this location again. Once Mr H. had to wait even for customers after him when he kept telling them he was there to pick up an online order. A couple of times they were understaffed and the lines were so long I went elsewhere. Last time I was there the employee was snippy and rude for no reason. Today, something was wrong with their online ordering. So Mr H. Explained what happened to a few employees over and over again, and finally was able to order and get the buy one get one free offer. Unfortunately the cashier was a different worker than the one who said they would honor the deal and Mr H. had to argue with a surly employee who said there was no way to do that. When he finally arrived home with our late lunch, we discovered the meat portions were half or even less what they were last month. I've gotten the oven roasted chicken many times, and I swear they literally cut the portioned pieces in half. Even the veggies were skimpy, and corporate boasts that it's 2 full servings. Well I'm not paying those prices for a big hunk of bread and incompetent service. Sorry for the negative review, I try to keep mine positive.

This subway used to have good service with clean cut and friendly staff but I cannot come back here until they clean up their act. The kid with the long hair swings it back and forth and when he leans to reach for the condiments and toppings his hair drags across the food. It is so gross. Yesterday we were desperate and thought we'd give it another chance and the line was ridiculous and sure enough there was Mr Flow and the other two working (slowly) with him had greedy dreadlocks and looked like they should not be working around food. It's sad to see this location go down hill but our family will be driving to another Subway location or running to Safeway to get food.

If I could give this a negative review I would. It is 9:10pm and this Subway does not close until 10:00pm. The lights are off in the restaurant and the two girls working had HORRIBLE customer service and they claimed to be out of everything. I asked if the bread was hard and she assured me it was soft - hardest most stale bread! This is the second time I have been here and both times the service has been absolutely horrible. Do NOT waste your money or time. I hope the owner reads this and is aware of why this store is not performing.
