Subway

I walked into this location and there was nobody in the store and there was no employee at the front counter. Only after a few mins of standing in front of the menu board did an employee finally show up, when I gave my food order I was met with " we are all out of that" I then reluctantly changed my order to something else. The food was good, fresh and tasty but the service was slow and unprofessional.

Came here around 10:30 am on a Saturday and the door was locked. Google shows they open at 9:30 am on Saturdays, so I was confused as to why they were closed. Peeked in and saw a woman who hid when she saw me trying to come in. Went up the street to Jimmy John's and gave them my business instead because they were open when they were supposed to be open. Will never come here again.

Service has always been great here but whoever cooks their bread shouldn't be cooking it cause it's horrible. Just take a look...

I ate here today. Sure, Subway is a chain. But for a healthy, inexpensive meal, this particular Subway is delightful. Cleaner and more pleasant than the Subway closer to my home. The employees are friendly. Service is efficient and great. My sandwich was filled to bursting. Yummmm! I wish I had tipped them more than I did.

This place is filthy and the flies flying where the food product is displayed. The young man didn't care made no effort to indicate the flies. He happily use the product the contaminated by flies. He could care less. We walked out! Totally a health concern.

This review is from my 13 year old son. "I eat at subway every week of my life, and I love the turkey sub with cheese onions and mayo. I ordered this sub today and when I asked for onions they told me they were completely out, so I asked for olives and mayo instead. A customer behind me asked for a sub and wanted onions. The server went to the kitchen and got the onions for the customer. I feel like I was treated unfairly because I am a kid. I won't be buying my subs at this store anymore." #VerySimpleSub

This has got to be one of the worst subways I've ever seen. I recently went and some late 20-year-old told me I must wear a mask. I explained that I have lung damage from being a fireman And I am unable to wear a mask due to damage I received on the job. I can no longer be a fireman because of the injury. I explained this to the man at the counter, showing my I.d. as well as explaining that the governors mandate clearly exempts people like me from this at which point he said I don't care Boomer Your generation no longer important get out of my store. Obviously I will be filing a complaint with corporate and I strongly suggest no one to ever supports this establishment

Came in at 2pm. One person was working and was doing a 3 foot long online order. Once he finished he helped the one person in front of me. Then tells me he has an online order to do and starts another 3 sandwich online order. I guess the moral of the story is to order online. Won't be coming back

This is my regular subway and I usually have no problem. Today 11/5/22 at about 3 pm I tried to place my order. There were a few teenagers in front of me who are placing their order to an extremely vocal shop attendant who repeatedly said growing up she never had fast food in her house, no way. Clearly she was forgetting who was paying her wages that day. She then broke into song (had a beautiful voice) then started talking to herself, her behaviour was odd. When she came to me and asked me what I would like she became extremely rude. I'm not American however English is my first and only language, I know I can take people by surprise when I first speak but to have someone screw their face up and then say to her work colleague I'll swap I can't understand a word this girl says Is extremely rude and discriminatory. The shocking thing is the shop attendant is African-American, whom I imagine would know exactly how it feels to be discriminated against. The other shop attendant looking embarrassed came and received my order to which the other woman said "what the hell did she want." I was treated very well by the young shop attendant who was clearly embarrassed by her colleagues behaviour. I have never been treated so poorly by someone in a Customer Service situation. Management should look at this person's behaviour before she offends and turns more customers away.

Well yesterday I learned that there's a reason why this Subway location has so many 1-star reviews. I walk in at around 1:00pm on a Saturday and there's a line almost to the door. One person is behind the line and the other worker is sitting at a table talking on their cell phone. Then eventually that worker gets up and switches places with the other person on the line, while that worker then sits at a table and eats their Burger King. Really?! The time to take a break is when there's a line of 12 people?! Eventually 5 customers get fed up and walk out. When it was my turn, about 30 minutes later, I noticed that all of the bread was almost burnt. When I asked about it the worker said "it's all that way". At this point I got my two lousy sandwiches and went home knowing that I would never go back to this Subway again.
