. I had the chicken teriyaki sandwich and it was absolutely delicious. The bread was perfectly toasted, the vegetables were fresh, and the chicken was tender and flavorful. Anita really took her time to craft the sandwich with care and attention to detail.The service was quick and efficient, despite the busy lunch rush. The atmosphere was clean and inviting, and the staff were all friendly and welcoming. I could tell that they take pride in their work and strive to make each customer's experience a positive one.I will definitely be returning to this Subway location, not only for the delicious food but also for the exceptional customer service provided by Anita and the rest of the team. I highly recommend stopping by and trying one of their sandwiches - you won't be disappointed!

Tried to get a sandwich to take home last night. They rang me up before taking my order then the cashier tried to pocket my receipt. I never check receipts but this was odd so I asked for it. The cashier had added a dine-in fee and a tip raising my ten dollar sandwich to over fifteen dollars. The manager told me there was nothing he would do but I could have a cookie. After arguing back and forth he finally returned my money. After I got home I got a alert from my credit card company. They ran my card again pocketing thirty dollars. And corporate won't do anything. I'm filing police charges and will dispute with my credit card company. These people are thieves. Don't waste your money here.

****STAY AWAY FROM THIS SUBWAY LOCATION****On 03/19/2021 @3:36 Pm MST I placed an online order for pickup with the curbside option. I live 2 minutes away from this subway I figured I haven't had subway in awhile so let me order from here also being that I am a native New Yorker born in NYC well needless to say I love subway. I ordered 2 foot long sandwiches one of them was a toasted meatball marinara with double protein and the other was tuna with red onion and extra olives. Lets start with the fact that the meatball marinara there was no double protein and the bread was not toasted at all because the bread came apart completely than for the tuna there was no red onion and there sure as hell was not extra olives. When I arrived as soon as my order was ready and checked in for curbside it took 30 minutes for them to bring my order out which is unacceptable. The lady that finally came out her excuse was oh it was super busy which was a lie because I watched everyone that came in and out of the store and there was not that many people. She finally came out after she was done flirting with the boy that came in from T-Mobile which I watched it all from my car. This was disrespectful to the highest level and it clearly reflected when I opened my sandwiches. This woman that came out to bring me my food should be fired immediately and subway should learn how to have some integrity when hiring someone and not just hire anyone who is available. If this was New York she would have been fired immediately for everything she did and didn't do....

I clearly said I wanted American cheese and the lady must've gotten distracted because she asks me shortly after "you wanted shredded cheese right?" I'm not feeling well so I accidentally said yes. then corrected her as I see her pile on shredded cheese to which I said "wait it was American" she then rudely says I have to pay for the shredded cheese. i refused cuz that's ridiculous and as I'm walking out she tells me not to return. I'm not paying for a sandwich that's made incorrectly and I shouldn't be punished for her making a mistake not listening to me when I said it correctly the first time. she's always very rude and demanding. I will not be returning and there's no wonder that location is always empty. I wasnt having a great day, so glad she made it worse.

Horrible customer service went into the restaurant with friends. Got 3 sandwiches that came up to almost 50 dollars. The lady that was helping me was putting on toppings and asked if I wanted anything else. I responded with more pickles, "Pleeease, yo." She said she couldn't do any more. I asked her if I didn't have a problem paying for the pickles, to which she said, " I can't." I asked for a corporate number, and she grabbed a whole handful of pickles and dumped them in the plate. She then said we were to leave if we were doing a corporate complaint. I told her if she was trying to kick us out, either give us a refund or wrap the food fast. She then proceeded to say she would call the cops, to which we said we would wait if we didn't get a refund. This happened on 10/28/2024 1:30 pm . If you can't do a simple job as to give an extra side, then why work here? Blond lady nets to get a customer service lesson from the company or something.

I am distressed to learn that the amazing, longtime sandwich artist @ the Tamarac area store was recently terminated over a medical illness. In decades of being a Subway customer, I have never before experienced such exceptional, top level customer service skills and professionalism. She was a dedicated, positive, engaged, highly efficient employee who related well with every customer. She also kept the food quality high and store spotless, often while working solo, not to mention through the pandemic.I had stopped going to this Subway some time ago after having a very different, traumatic experience with Anita, who told me she was the manager. I had come in to order a veggie sub and it was immediately apparent that she was rushing thorough my order, even though there were no other customers in the store and it was not closing time. I asked for the smaller, less seedy tomatoes in the tray, and she snapped, "I'm not picking out the seeds!" which is not what I requested. Then, when I asked for extra lettuce (the only other veggies I order are onions and green peppers) she had an angry outburst: "No, I'm not putting extra lettuce on this!", threw the sandwich in the garbage and told me to get out or she'd have me arrested for trespassing.I am in my 60s and I have never been treated so abusively, EVER in my life or experienced such extreme, irrational, threatening behavior, by someone who is supposed to be in the customer service business, no less! This is simply totally unacceptable. If what happened to me is how Anita routinely runs this store, I would forewarn anyone looking for a sub sandwich to look elsewhere.

worst service ever. I asked for a chocolate cookie she put them in my bag. I ate my sandwich and reached for my cookie and she gave me chocolate chip. I went to give them back and she said that she couldn't take them back and the ones I wanted. which I pointed to were called double chocolate. no customer service skills and she became rude. I just left. wouldn't recommend this location.

This is my favorite subway!!! Such a great lunch staff. I don't know if I look forward more to the sandwich or seeing them. It's my own modern day "Cheers". The food is always great! Bread is fresh! Ingredients are fresh! Such a pleasure. Thanks for being so friendly! It's the highlight of my day.
