What a ripoff! I ordered an italian bmt online. When i was ready to eat it, i noticed there eas no meat on it. I bought it it their attention and was told there was. I showed them the sandwich and was told, yep, it's there. What was there was 2 slices of pepporonni.

This is the worst Subway Franchise on the face of the earth. I do get the fact that this is considered a high crime area (Denver Police District 1) but during the day time all is good and looks normal. Most of the time they have 2 people running the place during the lunch rush. So this place is not fast at all. Today, Monday 8/15/16, it took me 18 minutes to get a six inch Turkey sandwich. This is the norm here. The two employees there were doing the best they could but you can only do so much while under staff during the lunch rush. Unfortunately this place has been running this way at least since 2011. I work in the neighborhood and sometimes I go way out of my way and I drive to the location on 38th (I do work on 52nd & this place is on 51st).

zero stars would be a more accurate rating. Worst subway ever employees had terrible customer service and very rude. They were still open but still trying to close earlier and they put all of the meats and cheeses away so we could only pick from ham or turkey.

If I could rate zero stars I would, coming from experience with being a manager at Sonic Your staff are supposed to wear HAIR NETS well handing food the older woman was not wearing a hair net at all an neither was the younger gentleman that works there neither of them where in work appropriate attire, I'm sorry if you have ever taken the the ServSafe test you would know that immediately they would fail considering what they where wearing an the older woman that works there has a really bad attitude, in all honesty if you don't like your job quite, an hopefully the food is good but going based off how they looked an the place looked I doubt it wil be

The food is great but the lady that has tattoos all over their treat us with respect she has a long face poor customer service just because her boyfriend was there was making our order very fast with the bad face to go sit with him and eat. I think the owner should do something about it other than that it was very nice. They need to hire people with good customer service skills not just anyone like her

Zero rating ordered a cold cut footlong on wheat with provolone cheese and topping w mayo and a footlong Italian on Italian garlic and herb bread. W toppings forgot meats on cold cut sandwich gave no receipt and store will not replace without receipt. Threatened by employees son when I demanded she remake my sandwich that I would pay for again spent $33 for 2 complete sandwiches and $10 for an incomplete sandwich to which Subway Executives refuse to correct. They need to fire all the crews including manager as inept to do their job proficiently. DO NOT PATRONIZE THIS LOCATION EVER!!!

The last few times I have gone to this location they have been closed an hour early with all the "open" signs still on. This is very frustrating after a long day of work when I am trying to get food on the way home.
