I can't make this up. We go to this Subway to order sandwiches because it's close to home . We walk in and there are no employees out front, while we're waiting, we notice a huge fly in the lettuce. When the employee come from the back, my husband says "there's a huge fly in the lettuce". With her bare hands, the employee grabs a handful of the lettuce out of the canister. I look at my husband and say "Nah, I'll pass on ordering from here". I understand that she can't keep flies out of the restaurant but to reach in the lettuce with her bare hands, opposed to possibly just refreshing the lettuce was just unacceptable and undesirable. Off to a different location we go!

I stop at this subway regularly and it's always been clean and the servers are attentive. The service this time is the best yet. The employees were super nice very efficient. I would have given 5 stars but they only had a limited bread supply.

I visited this fine establishment on three different occasions. The first two visits were satisfactory. A little on the pricey side, but hey, I'm on an expense account so the cost doesn't really matter too much. My third visit was not like the first two. On my third visit, the bread was stale, and the workers were clearly not feelin' the whole "workin' for the man" thing. I asked for double meat, of course I didn't get it, but was charged or it.Not sure if there will be a fourth visit.Update, went a fourth time, much better. I guess it depends who is working.

Hi Subway! I wish there was a better way to express my disappointment with your location at 45th and Peoria in Denver, Colorado but, since I don't have a receipt I'll settle for IM, Yelp and other places to submit a review. I hope someone cares enough to respond! I'm sure you're fully aware that we're experiencing a global pandemic and we've all been advised on the proper way to be as hygienic and clean as possible along with the proper protocol for wearing masks! I regret choosing your establishment for lunch on 12/15/20! Despite being greeted and asked what I would like to order and being well prepared for a 6 ft Meatball Marinara on white bread and lightly toasted and few other items to complete my lunch. As the young man begins to prepare my food his mask begins to slide down, he readjusts his mask with his gloved left hand and goes back to preparing my food! Please tell me what I am missing from this picture! Considering the fact that I couldn't unsee what I just witnessed, I told the gentlemen I changed my mind and immediately left your establishment taking my business elsewhere!This needs to be addressed! If this is being allowed to happen what else is going on? I wish I was a representative for the Health Department! This location would've been shut down before I departed!Businesses want you to support them but, this is the prime reason why I rarely do!

I went there at about 3pm. The sign was lit up open on the outside. But the doors were locked. You can see employees in there, but they were ignoring the few people outside. Maybe they close at 3pm on Monday's now. I don't now

They skipped me in line. I stood there as she took the order of two people behind me in disbelief.Hard to say for sure but I believe this was some kind of racist joke directed at me. I usually really enjoy subway but I will never set foot in this location again. I don't have any tolerance for this behavior.

the AC didn't work. It was super hot in there the food that they had on display look like it was left out from the night before the artist creating my sandwich had liquor in his pocket. He also drenched my sandwich in mustard and mayo he barely put any meat on my sandwich

Horrible customer service! I have never encountered an employee at this subway with a bad attitude until today. I have seen many changes at this store, but never a poor attitude from staff. I usually give folks the benefit of the doubt, but she was so rude, I simply walked out.

I eat lunch here all the time. With world and labor market the way it is it hasn't been surprising to see their turn over the last couple years. But the place is always clean, the food is well made and the team there are positive and up beat. For any one reading this I went there 3 pm 3/6/23 and that girl is an example of customer service. Up beat, multi tasking and up selling fresh cookies to a customer.

The owner or manager needs to learn to run a business. Every lunch hour there is one person making sandwiches, and sometimes one in back doing something. We've stopped going because the wait time is 15-20 minutes even when third in line. The appear to be more concerned with online orders, and customers are neglected, This location is horribly run.
