Subway

I've been to this location several times and I've always received great food and service. I wanted point out the exceptional service I received tonight from an employee named Isaiah. He was instantly friendly and helped me by giving me a discount that I should have only received if I ordered online. I normally order online, but I missed the deadline by three minutes. Isaiah exemplifies customer service and has made me a long term customer of this location.

The employees here all hate their jobs and seemingly their lives as well. Not friendly, not welcoming, and honestly just overall miserable people. My entire mood switches when I walk in here. Unfortunately, there's not a lot of other lean options in the area. The sandwiches are acceptable, but if you hate your job so bad.. do yourself and the rest of us a favor and just quit.

I guess the economy is doing so good that it's hard to find good help. I ordered a Chicken Bacon Ranch Melt, but they didn't warm up the chicken and bacon, so the "melt" failed to materialize. They also forgot to charge me for my drink; not that I'm complaining. Probably still a better choice than the next-door McDonald's.

This Subway is right down the street from the Denver Merchandise Mart, so its easy to get to if you have a small lunch break while you're attending a test/event there. Other than that, its just your basic Subway. The parking lot is kind of small and hard to maneuver in, so if you're brave enough to walk down the street that might be easier. The staff was friendly and the food was good, mainly that's all I ask for from a Subway.

First I ordered two sandwiches I told the guy they're both going to be 6 inches. He gave me one six-inch and 1 foot long which I was OK with not that big of a deal and then I noticed the other guy behind the counter home half of my sandwich is out of the toaster early but they're not very toasted or war and then when I went to pay for my two sandwiches the lady behind the register charge me for 2 foot long instead of 1 foot long and one 6 and they wanted me to come back the following day to get a refund for the difference that I was charged however I don't live in the area nor Miami area often I was just driving through between jobs

Everyone at this location is great except the young cashier guy that works here. He rings me up for the wrong stuff all the time and then proceeds to give me attitude and argue with me when I can't prove he wrung up the wrong stuff because he can't be bothered to print me out a receipt. I'd really like to give this subway my business but not at the cost of poor customer service from one kid with bad work ethic. I can't even give his name because he never wears his name tag probably because he gives attitude to everyone and doesn't want to be identified

Most efficient Subway I've ever been too. The lunch rush is handled like a pro, which is a direct reflection of the on duty shift manager. They will have up to 20 people in line and you will shuffle through and be eating your sandwich in less than 5 minutes. Like a well oiled machine. Go Army!

first time going there so unsanitary there was hair in all 5 sandwiches very nasty i don't think anyone want to eat there food with hair. employees have there hair down.

Sandwich was cold and soggy. First kid greeted me with a smile he was the only one happy. The others look like they hated the world.

One word... TERRIBLE! I've been here a few times each time is just as bad! Safe to say this is the last time I'll ever be coming. Clean? Absolutely not! This place is a health hazard. They served me a half rotten sub the lettuce and tomatoes they gave me where brown and old they tasted horrible. Secondly as soon as you walk in there's holes all over the ceiling with water leaking through I almost tripped over one of the buckets they where using to catch the water from the ceiling there wasn't even any caution floor signs! AS SOON AS YOU WALK IN THERES FLIES EVERYWHERE!!! There was flies even landing all over the ingredients they where serving to people!! You pay $10 for a half rotten sandwich with flies all over it, I had to throw the sandwich away! THIS PLACE NEEDS TO BE SHUT DOWN IMMEDIATELY. Wheres the health department??!
