Sandwiches are made as expected and service is fast. What impressed me is that the folks working here have been here for so long and treat it like a neighborhood sandwich shop.

Foods good like you'd expect from a Subway, but the general manager (at least she says she is) is a bit....rude? I've seen her tell people they can't modify the meat or cheese amount that come on a sub, that half the dining room is closed, and she chronically interrupts customers who are trying to order the place is very nice and clean, she's just been a bit of a downer to the place

What an expierence! Staff was very rude the whole time. The employee with the red hair was extremely upset for I don't even know what reason and definitely took it out on me. She had a hard time hearing me and you could tell that she was very upset about it. The gentleman next to her that was adding the condiments with the glasses was extremely rude as well everybody there seems like they hate their job. Kind of makes me lose hope in America. How does a corporation allow a location to represent them like this is beyond me. There was a woman with a tattoo on her face that appeared to be the manager and she seemed, a little bit more friendly on the customer service side, but was not friendly to her employees. Lead by example?

0 STARS. Both employees were very rude, with an attitude, and did not listen to our requests. They didn't want to toast our sandwiches, and wanted to put my sauce on the side instead of on the sandwich. They were very lazy, and didn't look like the way wanted to attend us. You can tell they hate their job and gave us the worst customer service. NEVER COMING TO THIS SUBWAY AGAIN. DO NOT COME HERE.

Came around 1:50ish not too long ago. The manager on turn is HORRIBLE. Absolutely did not listen to anything that I wanted on my sub. She said something about not wanting to do it like that like? Okay? I thought subway was a pick what you want type of thing. Completely ruined my morning, it's sad to have to exchange words with a person like that. I decided to walk out and go to another subway. I was beautifully attended there and everything was perfect. Do not recommend this location.

This place should be shut down! Or at least its employees should be submitted to review. We come from a different country and came in hungry. We had been on a plane for 4 hours and the employee denied us entry into the restrooms. Stating that we had to purchase first. So we did, yet she was very rude about our orders. Neglecting customers request and stating that it wasn't the way that she did it. Immediately the environment turned tense and a few heated words were exchanged. In the end, small children were neglected the use of restroom. We were not allowed to sit down to have a meal in a table that allowed 6 of us. Nor were we allowed to customize our order to our specific needs. Mind you, there were food allergies in place. In all very very horrible treatment. Not ever have we been treated that way, maybe race had something to do with it? Seemed like as everyone else was treated with words as "baby" and "sweetie".

I had a coupon for Footlong for $6.99 so that way me and my boyfriend can share it. I wanted the footlong half and half and the guy that was working that night told me that I couldn't use the coupon and I couldn't do a half and half and said he'd have to charge me for 2 6 inches. That is total b.s. and customer services was a 0!! The guy that was working that night is black and has dreads. I won't be coming back here!

We had a Great experience Taylor who I believe was the manager was very outgoing Erik prepared our food and was very informative he didn't just stand there and ask "what else" he gave us recommendations and options. Alan was also very outgoing and gave his opinion. Customer service was awesome! Nowadays it's very hard to find places where people enjoy their work place.

This place was absolutely terrible. Coming from an airport with several other people, we were denied a booth to sit in, on one half of the store. According to the manager, half of this place was shut down on the weekends because there are only two shifts. From the start this person was extremely rude, almost feeling racists. As a foreigner differences in service were made clear compared to other customers. Being on a flight for a prolonged period of time bathrooms were unable until we paid for our meal of 7 people. A discussion also came up regarding how our sub was made. One of our members wanted vegetables to be place first due to preference. The manager snapped back saying that, making a sub in that order could not be completed by her because it was not her style and would be to messy. Wether or not our member would get messy would be their own consequence, the manager should have just complied. When this took place a random person decided to just flip us off. Again this felt like it was just discrimination. When we said we were leaving the manager insisted that she would complete the sub. Even then the put all of the chosen condiments of this member outside of the actual sub. Overall terrible experience, this place should be shut down or at least different employees.
