Subway

So my sister did a mobile order and went in early. She watched Joe Hardman/Hartman? Drop a pretzel on the ground. He picked it up and went to heat it up. She said "I hope you're not planning to sell that to me". He said no he was gonna toss it and throw it away. Then why heat it up? Then I noticed he toasted my sandwich despite putting in her order NOT to toast it. When asked he insisted that's the way it comes. He had a horrible attitude and tried to serve us food from the floor. Like WTH???? Never ever ever again.

The young lady helping me was very nice. However, they didn't ask what kind of cheese I wanted. Did not ask if I wanted it toasted, they just did their own thing. Also, I got the chicken onion teryaki sandwich and saw that the chicken was in a back just sitting out on a counter, I decided not to take a chance and eat it. The biggest issue is they only take coupons for certain subs!

Location was clean and plenty of parking. Was not really greeted by anyone but they were kind of busy. When it was finally my turn i had been zoning out looking at my phone. I looked up and the guy was just staring at me?? I was like oh um I guess you are ready to take my order - sorry was just waiting for my turn.They took my order and made it as i wanted.

Sandwich was gross it looked like a pile of diarrhea with all the sauce they put on the sandwich I clearly stated to go easy on the sauce and the wrong bread was given to me had to throw it away as I was already at work by the time I saw the mess they gave me. Everyone always looks so grumpy here not welcoming at all and not to mention they can't follow basic instructions I guess that's why they get paid minimum wage. Take your business to a different subway. This one is disgusting

Very good service they do good And make good sandwiches, kind workers. My go to subway now, I love to eat here with my friends

I received a coupon in the mail for a combo. The coupon mentioned excluded sandwiches, so I didn't order those. When I tried to use the coupon, I was told that I could not use it. The store excluded many more sandwiches from the coupon. This to me is a bait and switch. I do not recommend.

Don't go here, especially if you are using a coupon. Even though the coupon may have some exclusions on it, this store adds more to the exclusions. It seems that every Subway store can make up their own rules, and you won't know it until you're at the register trying to use your coupon. Even though your purchase qualifies for the coupon (as printed), they won't let you use it and will show you their custom made exclusion sign for coupons. I've worked at stores that do this type of thing, and it's usually because the store owner thinks it is too good of a deal for the customer and they will lose money. So, yeah, don't go here. The owner is obviously stingy AF!

They try to overcharge you for extra toppings and argue with customers. Very unprofessional

came in for a quick dinner, waited in line behind a homeless couple who paid in cash( this isn't the problem!) and after JOE HARDMAN/HARTMAN took their payment and handled cash exchange WITH his gloves on, he immediately tried to make my food with the same gloves. I asked nicely, "not to be a bother but would you please mind changing the gloves before you make my sandwich?" he denied handling cash with the gloves, refused, then gave me a horrible attitude and told me to "get the h*ll out of his store" will be contacting corporate about the unsanitary procedures to make sandwiches with dirty gloves and the horrible attitude from such a harmless request.

Best Subway ever. I think a family runs it..Mom, Dad and kids all work there. Just finishing a remodel. Would drive out of my way to go there.
