Use to be Quiznos but few failed attempts at it and now transformed into Subway. Personally prefer the other kind but its here, kinda hidden from Parker Rd and knew it wasn't busy during lunch like other locations. Its clean, plenty of seats and you get what you want pretty quickly. Thumbs up!

I rarely write reviews right on the spot but I had to make sure I got these quotes right. Came at 3pm on a Sunday and it was busy with consistent customers but not insane. A young man started my sandwich and while ordering I heard another man (who I later found out was the owner) openly yelling at the young woman working the cashier saying "what are you stupid?, you are about to give that sandwich away for free" as she rang up a woman that had ordered about 7 subs. The young woman at the cashier look concerned, apologized and then said to the owner "it's okay I'll pay for it myself" to which the owner said "no you have to make her pay!" and then the young woman had to embarrassed ask the customer to pay another $7 for the last sub. Move on down the line to where the owner (by the way not wearing a subway shirt or hat) abruptly puts the veggies on my sandwich without looking up, poor customer service and yells again at the woman at the cashier "are you going to take all year?!?" Regarding her ringing up my sandwich. Once at the register the woman told me that was the owner when I asked and I said "I'm sorry he's so rude to you" as that was all I could do in the moment. This was probably the most blunt disrespect of employees by an owner I have witnessed in person. Please DO NOT GIVE YOUR BUSINESS to this Subway location. This owner is disrespectful and has no sense of customer service or perception he is putting out.

Food and service was fine but... directly in line in front of me was a man not wearing a mask. It is clearly stated on the front entrance that masks are required per state mandate. He was standing extremely close to the person in front of him and was close when talking to the cashier. Definitely not 6 feet apart. When I asked the cashier if they serve people not wearing a mask, her response was "sometimes if they have a medical issue". This 30 something man in shorts and a camo sweatshirt did not appear to have any medical issues nor was he asked why he was not wearing a mask. For that reason, we will choose a different Subway in the future where safety precautions are taken more seriously.

11:00 AM 3/29/24. Rudely told as I entered that there was only white and wheat bread. I'm hard of hearing and I thought she said, did i want white or wheat. Replied RUDELY that there was only white or wheat, she then looked at my hand and saw the coupon sheet we received in the mail yesterday and told me, again RUDELY, that they weren't accepting coupons that day. As I turned to walk out (I wouldn't buy anything from this woman) the only other patrons left without ordering. As we both approached our cars I asked if they too had the same experience as I had just experienced and they both acknowledged. We then agreed that customer service apparently had died at 10:00 O'clock that morning. A bit of advice, DO NOY allow yourself to be treated like this. there are too many fast food franchises that actually treat there customers like valued customers. We went right down the street to Chick Filet and ordered from a smiling, pleasant, efficient lady. Goodbye Subway!!!!!!!

The food was fine but after finishing our meal we looked into our Sprite cup we had been drinking out of and saw not 1 but 2 ants. Not sure if they were in the cup before filling it up or if they came out of the soda machine, but highly recommend checking inside your drinks before drinking them.

i've been here a few times. the only time when i get a decently folded sandwich is when a younger teen looking girl was working here. nobody else knows how to fold a sandwich. they don't fold it then roll it up in the paper as if that's the same. it's a sammy not a taquito. like wtf is this
