Wow, I am totally blown away by my experience here. It was our first time at STK and our server, Malik, made our whole experience incredible. We decided to do steak night, and we opted for the lil burgs and shrimp cocktail for our starters. The shrimp was massive; jumbo is an understatement. The Wagyu burgers were delicious! For our entrees we went with the 14oz NY strip, it was cooked perfectly, although slightly tough. But the flavor was definitely there, and the truffle and wage butters enhanced it. The Chilean sea bass was so so yummy. Not too spicy but had a slight kick. For sides, the Mac and cheese I just can't shut up about. It was amazing. The tater tot's were a nice switch up from the ordinary tater tot you think of. They were unique, crispy outside and mashed potato inside. But the Mac and cheese was our fav. For drinks, we got a lemon drop martini, and the strawberry cobbler martini. Both amazing. Sex on the beach shots were so delicious. To finish things off, we got the donuts. The dolce de leche sauce to dip them in was our favorite! Definitely will be back. For the incredible service, the relaxed atmosphere, and the amazing food.

Uniqueness: Steakhouse with a club-like atmosphereWait Time: ***** (Decent wait time, but could have been faster)Food Quality: *** (Okay, but nothing memorable)Service: *** (Very slow service, disappointing)Setting: *** (Vibrant but loud, feels more like a nightclub)Cost: **** (Overpriced for the experience)STK in Denver didn't live up to the hype. The food was okay, but for a steakhouse, I expected much better quality. The service was slow--we waited a long time for our food and drinks. If you enjoy loud, club-like vibes, you'll probably enjoy the setting here, but it made it hard to have a conversation and fully enjoy the meal. The price is high, especially considering the food quality and overall experience. Would not return based on my visit.

Group of 4 popped in beginning of happy hour to watch the Nuggets playoff game. I commented to the group how revealing the female staff attire appeared, which the males happily replied This place is supposed to have a night club vibe. The male bartender was super friendly and made excellent coctails. It was clear he was in the weeds not having juices, mixers and garnishes empty on the back bar. He also over charged us $37 on 2 glasses of red wine. This error was corrected without incident. More staffing on a Friday night would certainly improve service. We ordered huge tater tots mini surf n turf quesidilla bites and beef tartare. All dishes were satisfying bar bites, most notable the quesidilla . The bill was shockingly affordable for the quality and quantity of martinis and food.

So. Freaking. Good! I'm not a big steakhouse person, but came here with friends to celebrate a special moment. The food is definitely expensive, but I enjoyed each and every bite (with the exception of the bread, but that's okay lol). We ate during happy hour, so I appreciated the fact that i could get a cocktail for $9. The waiter was nice & the manager (I'm assuming that's who he is) was extremely friendly and talkative. STK will be seeing me again!!!!!!

We went for date night to celebrate our anniversary and for the steak night in America deal. We had a great time. There was a DJ in the back spinning good tunes and it was vibes! Not a quiet, serious email like most steak houses but a vibey fun place to have a meal. We started off with their award winning spiced watermelon drink. It was delicious! Right ratio of watermelon to tequila. We had the lil brgs and the Caesar salad to start. The lil brgs were great and so flavorful. The Caesar was HUGE! My husband had the NY strip and I had the filet. Mine was cooked perfectly and absolutely delicious! We ordered the Waygu umami butter to go on top. Someone came and melted it table side (which seemed a bit much but it was fun). The Mac and cheese and asparagus as sides were perfect. The Mac came in a nice skillet with all the melty cheese on top. We also had a bottle of Prosecco to share. We had the bag o donuts for dessert. The raspberry was the best sauce. The chocolate had a weird after taste. The Dulce de leche didn't stick to the donut very well. Overall it was SO much food we have an entire 2nd meal for dinner tonight. Over server was great. Her name was D something... she was training someone which no big deal, just meant we got extra service. My husband had always seen the flaming sparkler shots so we got a few of those! Since we were celebrating our anniversary, they added one to our donut plate. Overall great experience.

Majorly disappointed by the experience overall. I've been to many restaurants that had no vegan options but to go to a chain of this caliber in 2025 and they have nothing vegan is flabbergasting. Regardless of its speciality or not. And then when i inquired it was just met with a simply, "nope nothing"The server/ bartender was great but the experience overall was not worth i(! I ordered a mule that was so flavorful. For my friends who did have the chance to order some food we arrived at 10:00 pm for our reservations. When we arrived the table was not readily available. There was at least a 10 minute work. From that point after place the food the appetizers came out within 10 minutes but over 50 mins later and the food still hasn't come out. While the management stopped by the table and checked in asked us about our travel there was no acknowledgement of the RIDICULOUS wait times. -- the food eventually arrived at 11:29 p.m. nearly ninety minutes later right before they closed might i add. The one thing i can say I did enjoy about the experience was the vibe. Nice good music and upscale aesthetic.i have never been thrilled about the hype and won't be back to return for the experience. At least I could say i got the chance to check it out. I paid for a drink with liquor i didn't have in it. It was just annoying experience that has drained me.
