Stella Blue Food Truck

I'm giving this experience a below average, 2 stars. I ordered parm fries, was told to come back in 5 mins. It was cold out so I came inside, set an alarm for 5 Mins, then returned to the truck. I collected my fries and went back inside to enjoy them BUT they were cold.I have worked in the food industry so I'm not going to have them remake my food & cut into their profits/food cost, but I certainly won't be back with a first impression like this. Had the fries been hot & fresh, it would have been delicious!

Ordered Jalapeno Cheddar tots. They tasted awful and the dipping sauce was bad.Maybe I do not know what a quality smoosh potatoes is. What I do know, my wife and I disliked them. $6 for 6 tots basically... that's exaggerating but you can see the pictures. Sad part, I rather have them Hush Puppies from LJS.

Stella Blue takes me back to a blue plate special in a diner at a hard to find town. Come to find out Stella Blue actually pays homage to a little known band called the Grateful Dead. The owner chef is clearly motivated to provide culinary experience that is equal to a dead show at red rock. The The Cubano was succulent and moist, The fish and chips are crispy, The pierogies had a really great curry and cilantro flavor. Their jalapeño tot's are incredible. Everything our group ordered was outstanding. And yes I had a bite of everything! I would venture to say that this food truck is definitely the best in town. Look them up and find out where they are parked. Chances are your get some great Denver beer at the same time.

Holy cow!! What an experience! My boyfriend and I were passing through uptown and we came across this GEM. I wish I could give it more than 5 stars!! The onion burger, perfection. The perogies, this truck will be famous those little bites of potatoe-y cheese-y heaven!!You could really taste how fresh the food was and how well prepared!! Prices were reasonable and you get a good amount of good food!!The owner and his wife were so kind and so excited about their first night as Stella Blue out on the town!! It really did "melt into a dream"

This truck has more than once been the high point of a visit to a brewery that turned out to be disappointing. Their food is super-tasty, their menu rotates new things in every time I see them, and the service is fast. People inside the trick are friendly, too. Get the cheese-jalapeño tots if they have them. Super-delicious.

For $11 including a tip (that they didn't even thank me for) you'd expect them to BRING food inside to the customers at the bar they're serving. The taco truck at that same bar did when I was there, and their food was CHEAPER. Instead another patron says "The guy at the truck is screaming for you." Small mediocre cheesesteak that didn't even include a side or a drink, again for $11. I know a business has overheads, but that's just a ripoff.

Ok, I don't even know where to start! The extremely friendly staff or the amazing food? Either way you get the idea! This food truck comes to our neighborhood brewery on the reg and we can't be more thankful to have them there! The owner and his wife are dolls! We showed up after they had closed but seeing how hungry and grumpy my husband was, they didn't send us back home with an empty stomach! The Philly cheese steak is on point, and the fries; you get fries for days with one order! We have definitely become regulars to this food truck!

Delicious!!! Date night for two for about $20. Husband had the Cuban and I had the chicken parm. Both perfectly cooked and ever so yummy. The owners were super cool too!

We have order our first meal here tonight. Very nice folks. Good service. Food wise I would say OK. Pierogies is not worth it at all. Overcooke, over priced and over spiced, that all you can taste is the spice powder. (I am Russian, I know what a good Varenik is (pirog "pierogie for plural" in Polish). In addition no obe in the Easter Europe would spice it like that. Cheese steak was great. Parmesan fries were good.

WOW! Sooo delicious! Filling! You will not be disappointed. They ran out of the donuts, but we heard they were amazeballs. We definitely look forward to trying these when they come back to our Food Truck Wednesday at Camden Lincoln Station. The woman taking our order was super friendly, loved people and it shows. She enjoys her job!!! Appreciate the fact they sell COKE products too!! HUGE PLUS in my book. The food was so fresh, made to order and a large portion for what you pay.
