Stagestop Saloon

A really nice neighborhood saloon! Wonderful atmosphere. There were maybe 8-10 people there including the 2 of us. I really liked the music and Colorado decor. It felt very homey.

Fun spot filled with neighbors who are just as likely to strike up a conversation with people passing through as they are their next door friends.

Stagestop Saloon is a rare gem in the middle of nowhere. I've seen it before during previous trips and always wanted to try this place. Our Airbnb lost internet and cable, so we decided to check it out to catch the Broncos game. They have 3 TVs for the games, and a pretty good selection of beers on tap. The food isn't fancy by any means, but I'd consider more of a bonus that they even have food available. The bartender was attentive and very friendly. The prices were reasonable and we tipped well. Would definitely come back!

Very cool bar, love the atmosphere, love the vibe, and love the bartenders! They treat you like family, they have a great selection of beer, local liquors and spirits etc. this is a great local hang out, come as you are, make some friends and have some fun. They've got a pool table, darts, and a nice outdoor area.

Not a ton of food options, but what they do have is great for bar food and exceptional service! We stopped in near our Airbnb and were treated like family. Super small bar so it was a fun experience to feel included and get to talk to the locals.

Great place to stop for a drink or 3 after fishing or hiking in the area. Very friendly staff as well as the people that are hanging out. Outdoor patio too!

Moved up to the area last year and have been wanting to try this place for a while. The owner's a nice guy and the beer is cold but the food is below average and the service is pretty poor. Long wait to order then 10 minutes to get our chips and salsa after we had to ask about it. Had to go to the bar to ask for another beer after being empty for a while. Had to go ask for more water as well. Cheapo chips, half of which were basically the crumbs from the bottom of the bag, and not enough salsa, although it was really good homemade salsa. 5 more minutes for the 2 orders of mozzarella sticks, which were pretty good. Ordered four burgers, wings, and a hot dog. Got two of the burgers, the dog and the wings for the three guys, then, not kidding, after we 3 finished our meals they brought out the 2 burgers for the ladies. Crazy. To top it off, their burgers were as hard as hockey pucks! The waitress didn't ask how we wanted them cooked, and no one but me specified, so apparently they assumed people like them hard and burned. I asked for my buffalo burger medium and got it well done. Luckily, a few minutes after putting in the order I asked the waitress if it came with cheese, since she didn't ask if I wanted any. Of course it didn't, so I had her add it. Cold bun and luke warm patty. Had to go ask for condiments as well. I guess the cook brings the food out, which she kinda just throws down or nearly tosses the baskets to you. She actually bumped one of the women in the head with her elbow while reaching in front of her, over the table, to hand a guy his order. The other guys burger was extra well done like the ladies, and the wings and dog were apparently so so. I tried my wife's and told her to send it back but she and the other girl were so hungry they ate parts of them, breaking a plastic fork in the process of trying to cut the open faced patty. No way I would have accepted them, hungry or not. Overall a pretty bad experience. Might stop in again sometime for the beer and a game of pool, but definitely won't be ordering any food.

Fun, locally owned hang out with cold beer and fun. The owner is focused on the experience for every person and works really hard to make it a community which I appreciate.If you want to have fun, make new friends and have a tall cool one in a unique inclusive space. Check out the Stage Stop Saloon!
