Small bar but a cool little spot
Beers lined up at the bar

Just opened two weeks ago, and it looks like it will be a great addition to the neighborhood. This tiny bar is cozy and inviting. There are three big TVs, and when we visited there were fireplaces showing on two screens and a still photo on the other. I'm guessing they may show sports stuff on other nights, but it was nice to not have distractions on the screen during my visit.Autumn, our bartender was friendly, tolerating our chitchat and generally being very cool. They have a full bar, and quite a selection of beers on tap and in bottles. there's also a nice collection of infused vodka, tequila, and gin. It's a short walk from home, so I see more visits here in my future.

I have live down the street from this location with my fiancé for two years. We've alway walked up to 17th or past the St Paul location. We decided to try it tonight for the first time. Tonight multiple mixed race couples including ourselves were kicked out of the bar. The bar manager chooses whom they want in there location. If you are anyone of color do not go here.

We had a fun time here! It's a cozy, narrow little hole-in-the-wall on Colfax with a good local brew list and an intimate environment. The TVs play a roaring fireplace or Planet Earth documentaries instead of sports, and on the night we visited almost every patron sat up at the bar. This is the kind of place I'd love to visit if I was solo traveling because everyone seemed to be friendly and welcoming. It's a nice addition to the neighborhood but wasn't busy at all on a Friday night...so I hope they stick around and I encourage you to visit! Note for the owners: bring in some board games!

St Paul's is my new favorite place in Denver!! It doesn't hurt that Sam isn't just ruggedly beautiful, but the drinks and a great environment are great too!

This is a quintessential neighborhood joint. It's a smaller space filled with low key friendly people. It's not for the obnoxious bros or the bar stars woo-ing all over the place. Just reasonable prices, a great whiskey collection, and friendly people. I can't wait to go back once they're allowed to reopen.

If you wanna hear about how psychedelics are the cure for cancer and how victims of mass shootings are crisis actors then this is the bar for you. It's literally if Joe Rogan was a bar. I'm a Colfax barfly, I literally go everywhere no matter how weird or sleazy. I've been in three bar fights in the last ten years, and two of them have been at this bar in the last three months. Just the absolute worst people.

A neighborhood bar that has a little bit of a dive feel, but not gross. The bartenders are friendly and the drinks are reasonable. Plus sometimes they have fun events like music bingo on Sundays!
