There was a 1/2 off coupon for a Sonic Blast today in the app so I figured I'd give it a try on my way home. The app is great and easy, and they often have promos. I like that you can order and pay in the App, and when you arrive you just check in with the stall number where you park and they bring it out. The woman who brought it to my car window was fast and also wearing a mask. Painless procedure! I got a (small) Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough Blast, regularly $4.29, but the coupon took $2.15 off, so my total was $2.31 including tax. It was nice the code worked on any size and the calories are shown within the App when you order, no need to look it up. I wasn't particularly impressed with the ice cream, and the cookie dough was just dumped on top, not mixed in. It isn't really a milkshake scenario, expect ice cream with whatever topping you want sitting on top. Don't expect to use a straw! The ice cream isn't very creamy, it's almost grainy, for lack of a better word. McDonald's or Chick-Fil-A have better ice cream in my opinion, and I expected this to be closer to a McFlurry. That said, it was filling and plenty big even though it was a "small." At half off, it's a decent deal for a quick treat where you don't need to leave your car while doing errands.

Previously I gave them a higher rating. Take your time and all if your food before you leave. I ordered something with brownies, it had brownie " crumbs". When I questioned staff , they were out of brownies.I ordered a foot long normally it has one sometimes 2, not fun if you pick it up exoecting one.The grill cheese sandwhich, the cheese is never melted.I don't know if mirco-managing your order is worth the time for the quality of food even when they get it right

The first time I came here was after hearing some horrible news that really got me emotionally down and exhausted. Having been on a strict diet for a while I had not eaten fast food or any kind of fatty dessert in quite some time. I thought I deserved a pick-me-up so I came for a medium sized pineapple milkshake that was made with real pineapple chunks. I also tried their chicken sandwich which reminded me of Jack In the Box's chicken sandwich (except not spicy). I was literally in tears in while in the parking lot which is why it was so convenient that I could sit in my car and wait for my shake to be brought out to me rather than go inside and face people. I felt much better after that gluttonous outing. I don't recommend that everyone stress eat or relieve their depressions with ice cream and fried chicken but HEY, I say it is warranted if it's a once in a while occurrence.There's also a worker here with a long pinky nail that was super funny/friendly. Yes I do recommend that you don't leave your nails so long because it is unsanitary but thank you for being so fun/friendly.

Pulled in ordered, attendant was rude and short. No sauce with chicken strips, no ketchup with fries, no straw with drink.. poor ass customer service. Pleas Avoid this place.

One of my least fave Sonic's I've been to for sure. First snickers blast had no snickers in it, only crumbled on top. Second blast had it mixed in but not well or much at all. The flavor tasted off as far as the ice cream also. The cheddar peppers were not that great. The young kid who served me was nice though.

Previously had issues with their pricing and their app being pretty much required to get good deals. The app has been fixed and works perfectly. The food quality is middling but that's to be expected. This is my go-to fast food if needed in a hurry. Their response time is impressive, often I will get my orders to my car within 2 minutes or less after checking in. I have been to this location probably about 30+ times in the last year. I special order my food every single time and they have not once made a mistake on my order.

The absolute worst service in history of service, I was told 30 minutes to closing that they weren't making any ice cream or "iced tea" because they already started closing.The lady at the drive thru window was beyond rude and I just have to say if you're 35 years old and hate your life maybe you should have picked a better career than Sonic.I wish I could give this sonic 0 STARS, because the service was absolutely terrible, I shouldn't of been surprised it's like this every single time we run here.. but we always give second chances but that's out the window with this precious visit.Thank you SONIC, for ruining people's nightly fun.

horrible service. We left the grocery store to get sonic since we saw that they closed at 10. We pulled in at 9:43, took some time to talk and decide, pressed the button at 9:50 and we're told they are not taking orders anymore, they take the last order and close their kitchen at 9:49. They had many workers walking around outside who did not care to tell us that when we pulled in. When we questioned about the timing since online it said differently, we were told by the manager on duty that the he is following supervisor instruction and that there's nothing he can do.
