Sokare

Sokare has been setting up shop on the corner of Littleton Boulevard and Santa Fe. This is perfect for me as it's right by my work so it has been come a weekly tradition to get my Friday breakfast burrito. They have four options and all are good. Personally I think Maryland is my favorite and Cali is my second favorite as I really like the sweet potatoes. These things are huge! It becomes my breakfast and lunch. Great way to start the day, do it right with Sokare!

Just had a Maryland brekky burrito.... I would never associate Maryland with burritos, but oh wow was it great. You can definitely taste the high quality ingredients. The mix of the salty ham with the sweet potatoes just made for a great combo. On top of all of that, they were super nice people. I highly recommend them! I would have taken a photo but I didn't think about it until the wrapper was empty...

Really good food. The bacon cheese burger was large and flavorful. A good value for the money. Such friendly and great service! Try them you won't be disappointed.

These peeps are not only friendly, but make an amazing guacamole! We ate 2 of them they were so good and those black & tan beans were bomb as well. Also got a side of straight chicken, OMG! Sooooooo delicious!! Eat here!! It's delicious!

Had my first Sokare burger while attending the Parker Brewfest. Amazing food, huge portions, and all from great people that care about what they are serving.

Got the chance to eat at this food truck. one of the best burgers my wife has ever had. Service was great, quality of food was great, and they were fast and effective at what they did thanks guys!
