The food is always made with care. The service is fantastic. They really do treat you like family here and the sandwiches and chips and many options. I would recommend it to anybody in the area or it's worth the drive.

I am a huge fan of Snarf's. I have hit many of their other locations on many an occasion. I was super pumped when a new one opened up near my home. I preordered online for a quick trip. When I arrived, there were a large handful of customers waiting, but I figured that they hadn't ordered ahead. I was early so I tucked off to the side to wait for my food. The person in charge stood at the counter, while the other employees worked behind. The manager (assuming), looked over at one of subordinates and said "do you need something" The person replied "yes" Manager counter "What do you need" Employee responded "I don't know"This set the tone for the rest of the experience. Half the time the employees were just standing there looking lost and confused. They had made an egg salad sandwich for a customer that had wanted an egg plant sandwich. Then once they figured out the problem, it took multiple employees to remedy it. Thus causing even longer waits for food.When I finally did receive my food. It wasn't up to expectation. I ordered the NY Steak sandwich. The meat on my sandwich was not in fact steak but prime rib. So a bit fattier and softer than how the steak is and also bland. I think I would wait a few months before trying this place again, to give them a chance for better training and more robust service.

Bi have been eating at Snarfs since 2007, IMHO they make the best Italian. The food and service is always consistent.

The artichoke and feta sandwich was so good!! I was very impressed and would get it again. My friend got the pastrami sandwich and they said it was good but would probably want to try something new next time.

First time going to a snarfs. The staff was wonderful to me, Maya especially! I recommend the cheesesteak and a jumbo pickle it was very clean and a welcoming environment. Would definitely come back.

I'd give this place at its new location in Thornton a solid 3. The sandwiches we got were the vegetarian and the chicken salad. The veggie had a very small amount of avocado, they forgot the cheese and one slice of tomato and the rest was a large amount of lettuce and sprouts.The chicken salad was put through the oven, never had a chicken salad hot and didn't know that was an option. I ate more bread than sandwich and it was just a bland chicken salad. We ordered a side of potato salad that also was small and not really tasty. The other reason they get a 3 star is because the cost was higher than other sandwich spots in the neighborhood that give you a better deal and better made sandwiches.

Service was slow, sandwiches were terrible. Warm chicken salad? What is that? The avocado on the vegetarian was mostly non-existent, making the sandwich all sprouts and lettuce. The potato salad was very bland. So disappointing. Will not try again and do not recommend.

The place was dirty not a clean table to sit at even though not that many ppl in there. Clean the tables! Also too much mayo in sandwiches, please stop with the mayo. It made the sandwich soggy after awhile.
