I've always loved the Boulder store, but this place is horrible. The orders are almost always wrong, and the people working there are very unfriendly. Today, my order of 3 sandwiches was lost. They originally blamed me for using Doordash, until I showed them my emailed receipt. No apologies. They said I could wait 15 minutes or get my order refunded. Again, not a single expression of being sorry for a very time-sensitive order being "lost". We are DONE with this Snarf's!!!Follow-up: They hadn't issued the refund, as promised, so I had to write the main office. Finally got it processed. Still no apology for all of this.UPDATE: Since this episode, we decided to give the Louisville Snarf's another try, and everything was really good. On our next visit, they put hot peppers all over a $16 sandwich, even though I clearly requested NO HOT PEPPERS! I wrote to the main office that I wanted to receive a refund for the inedible sandwich (which I offered to return), and they refused! They had previously offered to provide vouchers for other meals they had totally botched, but they never did.It's only a matter of time before this place goes out of business. Louisville residents won't put up with this.

Wow. I have lived in Boulder for nearly a decade now and always avoided Snarfs not wanting to know what I'm missing out on as a the lone celiac of my friend group. Starving and willing to settle for a salad we stopped here after a bike ride. Spying the available gluten free option (with the warning of cross contamination and a $3.50 up charge) I rolled my eyes and ordered the gluten free CubanoLook- usually at this point I'm throwing an inner tantrum about the up charge but this bread was good. Real good. Will happily pay more money to enjoy it again Highly recommend for anyone gluten free craving a delicious sandwich.

Solid and reliable. My go to is the small turkey sandwich. Pretty much any of their salads are good as well. I have had trouble ordering from the app for take out. A fair amount of seating is typically available, it seems like most everyone gets food to go.

We have been to several Snarf's and we're very happy with our recent visit to our new local store. I got the Italian, as always, and it was delicious. My husband was pleased with his Prime rib and cheese although he missed having his usual tuna salad. This was the first time going here with our 15 month old and he LOVED his grilled cheese and tomato. Usually he just picks the cheese off the bread but he ate the whole sandwich. We thought the sandwich was a great value for the size and quality (esp in comparison to other children's menu options at other restaurants).The service was the quickest of any Snarf's we've been to! It was a Sunday at opening and they seemed very well staffed.Great music playing and a beautiful tile mural to entertain my toddler while we waited.

My 10 y/0 grandson recommended this place and I love it. I've sampled a lot of sandwiches on the menu and all are great. Meat seasoned perfectly- portions are huge and produce and sauces are so fresh. Bread is incredible- baked, buttery, light but somehow holds everything together.

Hardly any meat on the sandwich. Disappointing I have always loved snarfs sandwiches and the usually generous meat and add-ons. This last visit, there was a fraction of meat on the sandwich and overloaded with lettuce and pickles. Not sure why the change

Can't go wrong with Snarfs! I feel so lucky to have them open in my neighborhood! The sandwiches are ALWAYS awesome!The new Louisville location is clean, everyone that works there is friendly, welcoming, and just all around great!I usually get the Reuben all the way, but every sandwich is great! They even have all beef Hebrew National hot dogs for the kids! Check em out! You can't go wrong!
