Smolder Lounge

If you are visiting Aurora Co and are looking for a cigar lounge. This is the place. No food but they have snacks. The staff here are super friendly, and make you feel at home. The ambulance of the lounge is amazing with a hidden door. They provide glasses and craft ice for drinks. The cigar selection is good also. Great place to relax after a long travel day.

As others have said, this place could be phenomenal, however the person/owner (I can't be sure), who was running the shop when I stopped by this past week was more off-putting than anywhere I've been; I've never experienced someone so rude and disrespectful. Customer service should be a priority, especially given this environment, and I couldn't have been more disappointed. If you want to pay higher prices and don't mind being treated like proverbial garbage, then this is your spot. Should you need proof, simply look at the owner response. Their is no accountability and simple accusatory language directed at those who have had the exact same experience, which I had. To pass blame off to the customer, rather than working to improve experiences, is truly baffling to me. STAY AWAY!

Home away from home! I truly appreciate the ambiance of the Smolder Cigar Lounge. Having traveled to many cigar lounges locally and in other states, I can genuinely say that the Smolder Cigar Lounge ranks amongst the top lounges for its size. The customer service is also top-notch. Both Heather and Diamond do a fantastic job of ensuring that patrons have a worthwhile experience of smoking fine cigars and enjoying various professional sports games on the 12 (or 13) televisions in the lounge. One cannot deny how amazing it is to enjoy complimentary snacks and sodas while smoking. Overall, the Smolder Cigar Lounge is an inclusive space where people from all walks of life are welcome. On any given day, one will see people from various backgrounds engaged in intellectual and fun conversations. The Smolder Cigar Lounge is the BEST CIGAR SHOP in Colorado. Great lounge. They have some humidor cabinets, that are filled to the brim with all different brands and price points. Fair in store pricing. Lounge in back is top notch. They spent some coin on the filtration system and you can tell. No smoke smell on your clothes or hair when you leave. TVs (12) all around the room, but best part is they don't turn on any sound, or very low if you ask. Great to be able to relax and converse with new friends. One free snack and one free drink (soda or Gatorade) per visit in back. Service is great.

Nope. The prices are ridiculous, truly, it's worth looking in here just to see how far off the mark they are. The selection is weak at best, the humidor is not enclosed so the unevenness of humidification is terrible. The young lady working there was nice enough but offered no assistance (not that it's necessary but this is not a Circle K, if you work in a cigar lounge then you smoke cigars, know cigars, can advise on cigars), my assumption is she's eye candy....so my other assumption is this place is for hipster doofus types.Also, it's expensive to be granted the privilege of using the lounge, 20 bucks for one visit and 35 for the month. I am a cigar lounge member at home and understand it's normal, however, usually when you buy from a shop you can smoke it there, not this place.But if you're a man bun having, acid cigar smoking, Prius driver then this place is made for you. Enjoy.I just read the other reviews, should have read them before I went. Gotta love when someone doesn't like someone they are immediately called racist.

I have visited multiple cigar lounges across the country. California, Florida, New York & Puerto Rico, just to name a few. Smolder lounge ranks top tier amongst all other reputable locations available. With a party of 10+ family & peers. Upon entry we were greeted with nothing but laughs, hospitality & of course a wide selection of top industry leading cigars & cigar accessories. The front receptionist as well as owner went above & beyond with accommodating our needs & request. Trust me with a party of 10+ we had a lot. As expected with an infectious tranquil & fun atmosphere it gets busy. But I must say that all staff & management does a great job with maintaining & executing the needs of all members and first time guest. With that said I would recommend any and everyone to become a member! I have multiple peers & family who have now become members. Unfortunately I live out of state or else myself included. Smolders lounge is and will always be a must stop destination when visiting Denver CO.

This place is run by one of the rudest persons imaginable. I've been going for two months and everything has been great, but today the person who was attending it claimed she was the owner and was so rude and disrespectful in explaining why I had to pay more than during the past few months that I simply became frustrated and left for another place. (I didn't have a problem with paying more and made that clear to her but she still continued being immensely rude, going as far as accusing me of lying when I explained to her what my experience had been in previous visits.) Unless you don't mind having store attendants yell at you rudely, I suggest you look for another place.
