Had an amazing service and food here. The service was to notch. The staff was very attentive and had great conversations with patrons. Love the atmosphere The food was SPOT ON. I enjoyed the 3 meat platter with pork ribs, bison ribs and brisket! The pork ribs were succulent. The meat was so tender and seasoned perfectly. The bison ribs were the star of the plate. Meaty, and seasoned just as well if not better than the pork ribs. And the brisket was not ignored in the flavor category. Very juicy and tender and amazing taste. Next time I'm in town will be stopping back through.

The food is overly seasoned with SUGAR. Everything has sugar, including the gravy. We did not like any of the food we ordered. We arrived late during lunch time and the service was excellent, there were very few people were dining but there were several day drinkers in the bar. The restaurant is clean and the menu is novel. You will probably need to park on the street as there is no private parking lot.

I was excited to try this place based on the reviews. I ordered from door dash so I did t eat the restaurant. I found this place to be mid at best. The fries were the best thing that I ate. Overall pretty disappointing.

This is the 3rd location we've tried in a week. The Lyons & Estes Park locations are great but we didn't enjoy our meals as much at this one. I thought the brisket had an off flavor, old almost. The sides were good but even the chicken seemed like it had too much sauce. The dessert was just so messy. It was warm around the edges and swimming in a fruit juice. Here were signs of caramel and chocolate sauce on the plate but you couldn't taste them. The brownie was warm on the edges but when you got past that it had an old stale taste. We were disappointed since this was our last night in Longmont.

This town of Longmont was quite a surprise for me. I had never been through here before and I really enjoyed the small town feel. Great parks around.It's New Year's Day, so a lot was not open. Several of the restaurants were. This being one. It smelled great, so we went.Good decision. We were seated immediately. The host brought us water and some crispy chips that were on the house. You could try all of their yummy sauces. The spicy one was my fave. hubby liked the original.We decided on a sandwich plate and a two meat plate. We share things. The servings here are quite large..Everything was top-notch. The chicken and the rib plate were both so tender and juicy at the same time. Seriously would come back for these two things alone. All the barbecue sauces were good to try. My sides were yummy.My hubby's brisket sandwich was a hit! The meat was so plentiful and tender. Great bun, didn't fall apart. Came with some homemade pickles and a side side. Between the two of us we had three sides. Hush puppies-small and easy to eat crispy and good. Green beans sautéed with bacon and onions. Excellent loved these. The third side we tried was a cornbread? cream, cheese,hatch chili casserole?I really couldn't taste the hatch chilies at all, and it was very loose more like a pudding, then a casserole. my least favorite bite this meal. We decided to take some baked beans to try to go, waiter gave them to us complementary. Bonus. It also came with a cornbread muffin that was light. Like I said, very generous.We had leftovers to take home for a gnash later.I guess I really liked this place!I will definitely come back here!

We needed a spot for a family lunch that was in between Ft. Collins and Boulder (oh and did I mention one member is a super picky eater who is strictly meat and potatoes?) So what better place to go than to Smokin' Dave's which is our go-to BBQ spot. My husband and I got brisket with smashed potatoes and green beans. It did not disappoint!! The brisket is tender and flavorful and doesn't even need BBQ sauce though I like to mix the sweet, tangy and spicy! Our party of 7 had no bad bites and even the picky eater cleaned his plate! The staff is always super friendly and helpful when you need something. It's a drive we make even when we are t meeting out of town company!Thanks for a lovely family lunch!

Highly don't suggest the buffalo chicken wings. The wings smelled weird, tasted watery, and were soggy. Definitely not worth $15. I wish I could get a refund but I go them to go. Maybe other things are good here but clearly not the wings.

Date of visit was 10/13/24. Food was good, server Emily was great. We had the Not So Teeny Wahine and the Southern Catfish, as well as Creole Bread Pudding for dessert. We happened to visit during Restaurant Week, so the price was a really good value. Will definitely come back the next time we're in Longmont.

I eat at Smokin Dave's in Estes Park so my review is of that location. Good BBQ with chicken on the bone is not that easy to find. Smokin Dave's does it well. If you like east coast style BBQ then you will enjoy SD. Their bake beans are sweet southern style and very good. The food is good and the location is busy but worth the wait.
