Smashburger

Attended a conference at the Westin across the street and needed something quick for lunch. Not aton of options within walking distance and optedto try Smashburger. Decided on the truffle mushroom and swiss burger w/ tater tots. The burger and tots came out quickly and was freshly made. The burger was decent but do wish there was a bit more char on the burger patty. Understand that most may not enjoy crispy bits but I think it's what makes the burger unique. Decent truffle flavor but do wish the bun was toasted a bit more. Tater tots were friend to a golden brown and were perfect dipped in a side of ranch. Not sure why this place has such bad reviews but I'd definitely come back if ever in the area.

SmashBurger used to serve consistently great burgers, fries & shakes...Not any more. Now, the burger patties are tiny by comparison, and the shakes are almost always embarrassingly watery - more like milk with some iced cream in it, instead of ice cream with milk in is -what a shake SHOULD be. Sadly, most SmashBurgers now consistently serve THE WORST QUALITY SHAKE ever. is getting more & more

Burgers are pretty meh. But the fries are actually pretty darn good. I like the variety of flavors they have and they have a decent crunch to them. The smash fries are really good with the rosemary and garlic olive oil seasoning. We also tried the scorchin hot fries and to our surprise, it did have kick to it. The fries were still crunchy despite being delivered to our home. It's a nice thing to eat when you have a craving for fries.

I want to start off by saying I experienced fantastic service. Not only was the cashier kind and approachable, but there was a running BOGO deal on burgers. What a pleasant surprise! The ambiance was equally good. It gave casual and cozy vibes while not being over stimulating. I will mention, however, that the lettering on the screen menus was too small. At the same time the hand-held menus did not have prices on any of the items. I would heavily suggest either making the lettering larger on the screens or adding prices to the handheld menu.

I think the picture speaks for itself... disgusting. I was more confused why only two workers were present at 7:22pm during what I would consider the tail end of dinner rush. Sad to pay $26+tip only to receive this.

If I could give it 0 stars I would. It took 17 mins to get our order all for them to screw it up and add cheese when we asked for it clearly without. Terrible organization and operations. Get it together.

By far my favorite fast food burger to eat with cold fresh veggies & crispy-edged beef. Good variety ranging from spicy chicken or beef burgers, fries & tots, to even Oreo shakes. Service was good and they were open late!

It's a little steep and hard to fathom paying $14 for a single patty burger and tots at a casual dining restaurant. But the mac and cheese burger was quite good, especially because the mac is smashed into the sandwich, so it doesn't fall all apart. The garlic aioli was way too strong of garlic, coming from someone who loves garlic.

$25 for burger combo with tots = rubbish worse than McDonald's. Burger was dry, spicy tots inedible. Added "Smashed avocado" asked if was legit smashed avocado or cheap guacamole crap was told real avocado three guesses which it was. Out of napkins. This place sucks. Go to in-n-out

First time at Smashburger today. Food was tasty and liked the open airy atmosphere. It's conveniently located near the movie theater and they even had a promotion going on today that gave us free sides. Our cashier Aylinn gave us cheery service and was a great person to meet on our first visit. Will definitely consider coming again.
