This place is nuts. I realize it's a burger place but 70.00 plus tip for 4 burgers, 4 fries, and 4 drinks is nuts and 1 of those was a kid meal. I know hiring people is hard but the people that work here could care less about doing a good job than anyone I have ever seen. When we got our food we were missing fries and they told us it would be about 10 minutes before we get them. How can you be this bad. There seems to be no manager in sight and the place is suffering because of it.

We have been going to smash burger for years until my wife got food poisoning from a chicken sandwich and ended up in the hospital. Come to find out they have many more cases of the same thing happening at many different locations. We will not be going back. Avoid the chicken.

Our family have the most amazing experience at this smash burger location. Jason the manager was amazing handle a slight issue we had during our meal, land Deanna was our front of house cashier/server who was truly amazing helping us: she was extremely knowledgeable and kind. The food was great and very fast service. I live 45 minutes from here and would drive here to eat again just for the quality and service!

I have celiac and they totally took care of me. The front desk guy made sure everything was prepared separately and they changed out their gloves. For someone with a health condition they were very sweet to make sure I was taken care of. Very celiac freely and I never got sick. Huge plus for someone new to my health journey. Great group of workers! That's hard to come by now adays.
