Smashburger

If there is one way for me to enjoy lunch, it's when no one else is around to watch me eat!I am gyess this store does earlier lunch rushes, as I was in around noon and thw place was relatively empty. But that didn't stop the staff from being warm and friendly themselves, they were even able to keep a solid conversation.The food was quick to the table, but had a bunch more grease than my usual expectation. May have been just a leftover patty from the rushes, but wasn't impressing anyone.

Absolutely no one working here today so service was nonexistent. Got my order in quickly but should have realized that lots of other people were still waiting on orders from 20 minutes ago and never should have paid money. Got my order and it at least hot but a sloppy mess. Not sure the best answer but yikes

The restaurant itself is very clean and welcoming. The service was quick but only because I ordered on their app to pick up. They gave me an estimated wait time of 20 minutes and it was ready in 5 which was not the best outcome since I still had to drive there. This lead to my food not being hot like I wanted it to be. The burger and tots were super oily. To the point where it overpowered the flavour of the burger/tots. In addition, it was over 16 dollar for me meal and they charged me a 10 cent service fee? Seems pretty weird. Overall, probably won't be going back to another smash burger.

Ordered scorching tenders and fries. Got a puddle of grease. Must have been on purpose, totally unacceptable and made me sick.

Tried to give this location the benefit of the doubt. Waiting for my order that I ordered online. They told me it would be ready for pickup 30 mins ago, I'm still waiting, it's not that crowded inside either. Only one kid working the counter and seems like the kitchen crew in back is super slow, I won't be back and neither will my coworkers. Spent my entire lunch break waiting for food that we ordered online, and they confirmed it was ready prior to arriving there. Don't ever go to this location, go next door to subway or dominoes. You'll get better service for the price.

I just want to say Jenna and her team rocked today busy and all this lady goes above and beyond she aims to make sure that customers get their order I know what some the other reviews are saying idk who was working them days but today 10/18 7PM I treated myself to dinner and observed a awesome staff working good together communicating positively to get customers in and out. And as I'm sure the ppl from the bad reviews been here many of times and only leave that one bad review instead of all the experiences I have been to this location twice and pleased both times, I work down the street but don't live to close but I will travel just to show Jenna and her team some love and chef the brisket burger was spot on well done with a slight crisp to my tastebuds... Perfection

When I lived down in Englewood, The SmashBurger on Broadway and Floyd was one of my favorite places to get a burger. I was really bummed when they closed but then I moved up north and closer to the one on north quebec so o was glad to be able to get them again. Unfortunately it's definitely not worth the trip. We placed an online order and I went to pick it up. I walked to the counter and no one was there, which is no big deal. A girl in the back saw me and yelled walking forward "what do you want?" And before I could respond she said "we don't have it!" I just looked at her confused and said "I'm just here to pick up an online order." And gave her the name. She went to the back and looked at the bagged orders and said "oh look, we do have it." She then grabbed it, walked over to me and shoved it in my hands and said "here, take it, I don't wanna see your face anymore!"I'm not really sure what happened or what I did to get this type of service, but it doesn't make a person want to come back. I've never met this person before and I was in the restaurant for no more that 20 seconds and only said the one sentence, so it not like I provoked her in anyway. Plus the food wasn't cooked well. The fries were ice cold and burgers were lukewarm at best. Overall, I wish this could be my go to burger place but I don't see that happening now.

I always look forward to enjoying Smash Burger. Unfortunately this time I was very disappointed. I ordered the Colorado Burger which claims to have grilled green chilies on it. The chilies were not grilled and they weren't fully cut up so I had a big hunk of a green chili on my burger instead of sliced and grilled. I had to take it off. I did order a single but the patty was very small and didn't even cover the bun. Lastly, Tots were very greasy! On a oditive note, the service was good. I will still patronize other Smash Burgers but not this location in the future.

1/4 filled cold food 65 dollars that was spent I've just got robbed Managers please do something about This or this place will close

Aside from the food being great, they have one of the most enjoyable front of house staff members. I think her name is Erin, but she always makes my day when I come in.
