Always excellent. This location is clean, the staff is efficient and super friendly and management top notch. The location, near I-225 and Colfax in Aurora, Colorado, is close to a light rail station and local hospitals. Free parking. Large parking lot. The food, with recently updated menu, is delicious. The smashfries are a highlight. They have gluten-free options and chicken. Yummy shakes. Check them out. You'll be glad you did.

The service was so slow, I was waiting for 10 minutes for my food, there wasn't anyone in there so I don't know why it was taking so long. I got onion rings with my meal and they were uncooked, and you could see the batter of it. This place is so inhumane and vial, they took so long making the food but didn't even cook it right. Who ever made that food needs to get fired, I could have gotten food poisoning, they are risking peoples healths working there. They were probably sitting on there asses doing nothing when making the food, they should get shut down.

First time trying Smashburger and not really impressed... For a chain restaurant I was expecting a little faster service upon walking in. When we walked in the person in the front of the line had just finished ordering and the lady behind the counter just walked off for what seemed like forever (probably 5 minutes honestly) before taking our order. Was unsure why it took that long to just take our order when it still needed to be made anyways so I felt like we double waited? Was hoping for a legit Smashburger and maybe it's my fault for ordering a Smashburger with veggies. The veggies were crisp and fresh so that was a plus but the burger overall was no better than Five Guys or The Habit in my opinion. Garlic Smash Fries were good but nothing to write home about. You could taste the garlic and whatever oil they tossed them in. Overall I would be totally content never eating Smashburger again in my life - did I miss something here? Is it really top notch?

Yum, yum, yum! Their burgers are moist and juicy and the flavor is delightful. Their tater tots are delicious too. The restaurant is always clean when I've visited and the employees cheerful.

There is just nothing especially special about Smash Burger. It is just a mini-step above fast food. If this is the best they can do for a. place that calls your attention to the fact that they sell burgers, then they might as well just close down.

Great burger! Cooked perfectly and was prepared exactly how I ordered. Service was great as well. As soon as I walked in to pick up order, I was greeted and the gentleman had a great attitude and appeared to be happy and love his job. I did not catch his name. But my order was placed on 6/25/24 and picked up about 3PM at the Colfax location.
