My first time there and my last. Chicken tenders were overcooked to the point my kids couldn't even swallow the meat. No seasoning on the chicken.Garlic Pam sauce was basically a butter sauce.

We needed lunch near the airport I wanted chicken, so Slim Chickens came to the rescue! Cute name, fairly clean, decent menu that wasn't too overwhelming. The manager was friendly and greeted us right as we walked in and we had no wait for ordering. We did a 5x5 with an Oreo shake. This is 5 chicken strips, 5 wings, fries, and we upgraded our soda to a shake. The food came out quickly, and the chicken was good. I ordered the wings garlic Parmesan in a panic and there was straight up cheese on my wings! The strips were unsauced, which was a little weird. The fries were cold and we didn't end up eating them. Overall, the chicken and the service were the stars for sure.

This was my first time eating at Slim Chickens & I was really looking forward to trying something new. Since we were the only customers at the drive-thru we placed our order quickly. The employee at the window was friendly & pleasant. She asked us to pull ahead to wait for our food, which arrived promptly. I had the Chicken & Waffles. I was really craving some comfort food, so I was a little disappointed that it missed the mark. This included three chicken tenders, a waffle cut into quarters, served with butter & syrup & it came with a drink too (which I didn't really want). The chicken was quite tasty & juicy. However, I felt that the tenders were a little on the small size. Even tho the waffle was light & fluffy on the inside it was not crispy on the outside. Plus, this meal advertised waffles so I was expecting more than one instead of one cut into fourths. We also ordered the Crispy Chicken Sandwich. The chicken was delicious, however the patty seemed small. The pickles & ranch Mayo were good compliments as well as having a toasted bun. Our meals felt a little pricey for what we got. Overall good flavor & taste.

Service: extremely friendly and greeted me once I walked in. The restaurant was clean and it was nice to see when grub hub or Uber eats drivers pick up the food they verify they work for them and have them sign for the food. I think that's a great touch. The tenders came out hot and the dipping sauce was good. I have to say I think their competitors sauce might be a little bit better. The fries were slighty over seasoned as well but still edible.

My first time trying out slim chickens and I had to go with the combo meal with coleslaw. Their slim sauce was to die for. The portion was worth it for the price and the service was quick and easy since i ordered through the app to take it to-go.They unfortunately forgot utensils but that was alright. The chicken itself and the sauces tasted better than canes which I didn't think would be possible. The toast was super average but that wasn't a big deal either.

So I've been going to this place since it opened and it's friggen gone down hill. Let's start with the issue. I use their app to order and twelve minute wait is not bad. Sent the spouse to pick it up. The order ended up missing a few things when it got home, the jar pudding desserts. No worries. I can give em a call. ...........Except they don't answer their phones. They don't even answer if their remote office calls them. I drive down there and tried to talk to the manager, but she was completely dismissive. I at least got a refund for my missing items, but I'm not coming back. I don't need to be talked to like I'm an inconvenience, when I came in because no one was answering the phones. A simple phone call could have solved the problem.

The chicken strips here are always on point! They are very tasty and the sauce choices are excellent . I tend to stick with the honey bbq sauce which is my favorite. The staff is always friendly and the food comes hot and fresh.

the staff is amazing especially the front cashier workers, overall it seems like a maintained and happy atmosphere. The chicken was yummy all of the food was, i'm a suckerrrrr for the toast!! I wanted to give this place a try for the first time, but unfortunately, it'll also be my last. I ordered the chicken sandwich, hoping for something crispy, flavorful, and worth the hype -- instead, I got a soggy, bland sandwich that tasted like it gave up on life halfway through the fryer. The sauce? Couldn't even save it. The fries were begging for salt like they were stranded on a desert island.My boyfriend ordered the five-piece tenders, and somehow they managed to be even blander than the sandwich -- it's 2025, why are we still not seasoning chicken? The sauces were... interesting -- if you consider melted butter with a little regret "sauce."I also ordered the okra, and it came out cold with no seasoning whatsoever. At this point, I was convinced they had a strict "No Flavor Allowed" policy in the kitchen.The peach mango tea? Just hot water with a side of disappointment and more ice than the Arctic.$33.50 for bland food, cold sides, and sauces that tasted like melted margarine? Absolutely ridiculous. I knew I should've gone to Popeyes -- and that's saying something because even Canes, with their flavorless chicken, is better than this.Save your money, save your taste buds -- and season your chicken, please!

Food is consistently overcooked, and cooked in old oil, and orders are incorrect. Yesterday they forgot half of my order and literally brought out my kid's sandwich (the bun) without chicken and toppings.
