Six Capital Brewing & BBQ

It's been a hot minute since we stopped by so we thought to go again. So happy to report their quality food/beer and friendly atmosphere hasn't changed. If anything i think it improved, which is hard when you're pretty great already.Six Capital has excellent beer variety. I had their Raspberry beer which was so delicious and refreshing. My husband had a flight and liked all and ended with a pint of the Hefeweizen. They also expanded their menu. They kept their staples but added yummy hush puppies and a chicken bacon ranch sandwich. All their ingredients are high quality and CO sourced. I'm a ranch snob and loved their ranch. My husband had their wings and really enjoyed the dry rub and sauces that came on the side.As for the atmosphere, relaxing and friendly with good tunes and some sports in TVs.

Came here based on reviews of the brisket tacos. The staff was friendly - sitting at the bar- and checked frequently to make sure I was doing ok. I ordered the house margarita which was tasty. My tacos were perfect for me and more than filling. You place your order at the middle of the bar area then they bring it out when it's ready. Busy place. Enjoyed the atmosphere of a busy bar while watching Chive TV.

This is a fun place to grab a drink. They also have a nice menu focused on barbecue. We tried an IPA and barbecue wings. They also have bingo and trivia nights.

We always enjoy a meal ar Six Cap. Their quest with green chili (same flavors used in their mac and cheese) are delicious. The smoke on their meats are super flavorful and they obviously have fun with their food options. I enjoy sitting at the bar where service is always quick and friendly.

Great place! The tacos and wings are so good, all of the meat is tender and not dry. The homemade ranch is AMAZING.

This place is a favorite of my husband and I. I was surprised I had not written a review before. While this place does not brew their own beer, they showcase many local beers. We have had many great brews there. My favorite is a Launchpad Piggyback Ride IPA. My husband has been enjoying a Lactose Intolerance Nightmare.We went in today for some of their delicious beer and sandwiches. Their brisket and pulled pork are smoked on the premises. It is by far the best BBQ we have had in Colorado.The atmosphere is fun. The staff is friendly and attentive. They have trivia nights and bingo during week. It's also a great place to watch a game, and we may pop in tomorrow to catch my Lions.I highly recommend it!

Amazing staff, very friendly and would be back on that alone. Beautiful and very chill atmosphere inside and as a country girl, I love the inner layout. However, the winner really is the food. It's very rare that ribs and meat in general can be cooked so perfectly. I've literally been craving this place since I left.

Food and bbq is yummy here and beers are superb. They have moved to counter service, meaning you can find a place to sit, start a tab at the bar, order food and drink, then they do bring to you at the table. We enjoyed a fun evening of bingo and lively tunes on a winter evening. When you are all done, settle at the counter.

Needed some food and beer so settled on Six Capital after looking up places nearby in Aurora and looking at reviews. I really liked the decor inside, everyone around us was enjoying bbq and looked pleased. We sat ourselves and since they were short handed, we ordered at the bar. We got some good bbq and Brussels to start. The flavors were great. Beer selection was nice and happy they did a flight for us!

We found this place while trying to get home from a garden store and we were hungry. Let me lead with this. The smoked wings were the bomb. I also tried some of the brisket. Very very good. They also had a couple of good brews and it was a great relaxing place to grab some good dinner in the local area. Go try it!
