This little business is in the same plaza as Tous Le Jours. The sign is in Korean so look for the window that says Kimchi. The staff does speak primarily Korean and the labels are in Korean as well. There is a staff that does speak English and she is so nice.The kimchi is one of the best that I've had in Colorado so I bought a tub of it for $15. There are other banchans that they make such as seaweed salad, eggplant, green beans, and pickled cucumbers that they only make around the summer time. Each is like $8 each. The kimbap was delicious. You get two rolls for $8.Overall, be patient and kind. It's a nice way to incorporate more veggies and fermented foods in your diet.

The best place for Korean side dishes (banchan). It's a catering service, but allows walk-ins to pick out whatever they have ready for the day. Some must try banchan are:Homemade kimchiKim garu (dried and seasoned seaweed)Yangyum gaejang (spicy marinated raw crab) - this may be even better than the ones found in LAVarious types of jeon (pan fried fish and meat)JangjorimKimchi mandu (they sell these frozen by bulk and are fantastic)Highly recommend checking it out!There's plenty of parking and they accept both cash and card. They are also mask compliant so don't forget to wear one

The workers are talking while prepping the food and you can see spit flying. No one is wearing a hairnet or gloves. Major hygiene issue here. Don't buy anything from this place it's unsanitary.
