The ambiance of the old church is unique and the mixed drinks are artistic and flavorful. Of course, regular drinks are options as well. The lower stars of for the food that comes from the businesses downstairs. If you want anything customized, just walk down and order for yourself because either the staff won't take notes or the "food trucks" won't listen. If you do that, it's 4 stars

My first time here when any of the individual businesses were actually open. We came by on a Thursday night for the 'Taylor Swift birthday celebration'. They've got a new Ellie brown ale from Avery Brewery that was good. The bartender wasn't sure if it's rotating or will stick around for a while. Hopefully the latter. It was a bit too loud for me (ya, guess I'm old now), so we spent some time downstairs. The Romo's tacos looks good, as does the Arayes Lebanese restaurant. I'm guessing we'll be back at some point to grab some food at one of these places and take it upstairs for a beer, especially if there is some entertainment going on that interests us.

Ordered the green juice as a post workout recovery. It was very tasty, and surprisingly filled me up until my next meal. I would recommend giving it a try!

Place is great for drinks! Has a really cute + cozy vibe right in the heart of downtown Castle Rock. Staff is also really sweet!

Celestial mural on the back wall and an eclectic assortment of tables and chairs makes for an interesting decor, but it still remains a little bland. Very friendly service and tasty eats. Spendy.

Visited in the odd time of day, after a hike- so after lunch but before dinner. Perfect time to find a chill environment. Various seating options, variety of food from downstairs vendors and an excellent drink program. Was very comfortable in a lounge chair, enjoyed the atmosphere & a knowledgeable bartender. Would be excited to see this place in the evening.

This was during happy hour. They have $8 Old Fashioneds. The server asked if we wanted to upgrade to another bourbon, sure - Angels Envy, happy to pay a modest uplift for our usual. Sounds good. What we each got was a very bland old fashioned - no flavor, no effort. So we decided to call it after one round and head over to Tribe where they can always make a good drink. To our shock it was $47 before tip for our two Angels Envy old fashioneds. Did we expect an uplift for Angels - of course, sure. But $15 more each, for a bad drink....?!? Have paid much less, for much better, at much nicer places. Would never ever come back, and I'm guessing by how quiet it was that others feel the same.

The smell, assuming from fish & Co. makes the place difficult to stay and enjoy. Not a new issue, but worse than ever.

Well Boyd, a couple things to consider. When an interaction is so bad, sometimes people feel the need to make an account and say something. That is point 1. Secondly, it's weird that you assume the date I wrote my review is the day I was there. Actually I took some time to think about not saying anything but, again, the service was so bad I felt the need to say something to warn people. My guess is I'm not the only one who has had bad experiences with her. Lastly, your response, and lack of ability to actually just apologize and see how y'all could do better makes me think it's not a her problem (with an isolated employee) but rather it's a cultural issue. So I guess, good luck sucking at your job.

The ambiance is unique and cool for colorado. The speciality drinks are just ok for the price. They need some magic. I ordered chicken wrap-nothing like the description on the menu. Fish n chips was good but overpriced- what do you expect in Colorado.They really need to hire and help with service.
