1st and last time trying this place and I only gave it an extra star because the employees were nice. As far as the sandwich totally blah and could've gotten the same at a subway. Inside the place was super clean and nice inside, but the sandwich was so meager and lack luster. To start they only have 2 bread choices and even Jersey Mikes and Subway have more. Ordered the double provolone and turkey sandwich with avocado. You can see by the pic this thing lacked double anything. Barely any meat or cheese and so skimpy on the avocado. So for me will stick the rivers and the valleys that I am used to.

I've been pleased with my visits to Silver Mine so far. It's located in a strip mall near King Soopers (and Subway, bleh). Park right out front and no line inside. They have a large selection of subs, hot and cold, and plenty of different sizes, bread, and toppings to choose from. I get the Silver City which is Salami, Ham, Provolone, Lettuce, Tomato, Onion, Oil, Vinegar, Oregano, Mayo (I ditch the ham, onion, and mayo for my personal liking). I like that their meat is already sliced thin and they give a good amount. The medium/regular size sandwich is pretty dense and sometimes I save half for the next day. It looks very much like a Jimmy John's but I feel like they stuff a bit more inside the bread. Might be a touch more expensive but feel like you get your money's worth. It's not as convenient for me as Jimmy Johns, Jersey Mikes, and Firehouse Subs, but I get one whenever I'm in the area because I haven't been let down as of yet.

My favorite place to get a sub anywhere in Colorado. I think it is just the vast variety of ingredients and the quality hits! I have never been disappointed yet, I just wish there were more locations near me. I have been known to drive the 15 minutes there and 15 minutes back home to get it! Staff are always great, no complaints there. Ambiance and vibe is like any other sandwich joint. It's Colorado based, so it has a mining theme. It's always clean and there is always a place to sit.Prices are on point as well, and if you save the coupons, they pay off!

Ordered medium 8" Georgetown sandwich. Took out one half to eat. Something was wrong... opened it up to find ONE slice of turkey deli meat. ONE. HALF a slice of bacon. ONE slice provolone. A LOT of lettuce. Basically a lettuce and bread sandwich with minimally the rest. A RIP OFF!! Not even CLOSE to the picture online and sadly another example of restaurants skimping on portions. Our other order was a Cour d'Lane, add banana peppers.... NO BANANA PEPPERS. Our order was a TOTAL FAIL. Hoping tomorrow to see that they processed the refund we requested, if not will dispute the charge. You've been warned.

I was impressed that they had a good number of options. I ordered a sandwhich with turkey bacon and avocado. The avo was the store bought mush and not fresh, so next time I will try something different. Also the turkey layer was quite thin, but I think that's because there was also bacon on it. I prefer not much meat in general but I know most people would prefer more than one layer.The bread was better than subway, but not as good as Jimmy John's in my opinion. Overall a decent option and I would go there again to try something new.

It's manipulative and we're all struggling to afford to eat. Time to carry cash with me from now on so I don't have to be manipulated into leaving a tip for someone who earns an hourly wage.
