Sooooo i spent 99.94 was on the way out but willing to buy/spend more asked if you all had ciroc brandy after checkout. Gentlemen who checked me out was super chill and nice girl associate called manger because she said the bottle was the owners had to check if it was available for sale and legit tried to ask for double not sure whoreally set the price but straight bs 60 for a 30 dollar bottle is a bit much would've paid at most 45 for it. I know i paid over for what i bought but it was for the convenience of not making another stop on the way home. First and last time in your business. Having a party in a week and liked your selection and wanted to spend at the least around 600 next week because of our guest but i will go to another store because of the customer service and the hustle.

Rude owner and terrible service. I was previously a regular customer but then after seeing the actions of the owner and the employees multiple times I finally decided to purchase products elsewhere.

Do not shop here. They price gouge like crazy. I've found way better selection and way better prices at half a dozen liquor stores writhing driving distance.

Great customer service!! The employees were very helpful with selecting specific wines. Suzy made me feel very welcomed as a new shopper there. They also offer delivery and a rewards program. I will definitely be back!

Thought this would be a great convenience and turn into my new favor liquor store. I was quickly very wrong. First visit, I was invited to join their rewards program. Second visit, they never asked me for my info to log my purchases. Third visit, my spouse was with me and I told him to watch what happens when I asked them about their rewards program. As usual, had some heavy sighs and mumbling from the clerk to obtain my information. Took me a couple more visits and I'm just not spending my money where it is not appreciated. If you are going to have a rewards program, then be genuine about it. Staff needs a crash course in etiquette.

I have no beef with this store or the owners/employees. My complaint is regarding the PIF (public improvement fee) that is added to the receipt. In April 2023, I bought a $100 bottle of scotch and was charged $3 PIF , which by the way is also subject to sales tax. A week later I bought 2 more of the same scotch for $200, expecting a 3% PIF charge, however the receipt shows $7.20. Apparently they are using an ascending scale on the PIF percentage.I understand that shopkeepers may be forced to apply this fee by the landlord, but it needs to be clearly shown upon entry to the store so that shoppers can decide if we want to continue supporting this sort of thievery.

My husband and I have visited this liquor store often since it is so close to our house. They have the liquor we enjoy that is hard to find in other liquor stores. Our most recent visit was our last. My husband was so excited about a Costa Rican rum we found in the store. He very excitedly asked the clerk when they got this in and the clerk very rudely replied, "I don't know," as if it was the stupidest question he had ever asked. My husband followed up with "Who makes your orders?" in an attempt to compliment the addition of this rum to the stores' choices. The clerk was rude again and didn't offer any answer to my husband's question. He only told us to "Get out of here!" An argument ensued and the owner's brother spoke to my husband. He apologized for the ignorant behavior of the clerk and asked us to come back and speak to his brother, the owner. My husband followed up and went in to speak to the owner two days later. The owner could care less, made no apologies, and made no attempts to keep our business. There are too many liquor stores around to give our money to this establishment ever again. This store is within walking distance, but I found the Cornerstar Liquor Store on Parker and Arapahoe that carries the liquor we enjoy. It is a further drive, but their customer service is excellent and we are so happy to give them our hard earned money. I have never written a review before, but I was compelled to get this out. The owner is arrogant and obviously believes that he is in a prime location and customers like us don't matter...more will come to take our place. I hope after reading this review and the other poor ones written before me will make you think twice about supporting this establishment.

Great location, excellent customer service. The clerk was very helpful and pleasant. This store is open earlier than another one down the street. Prices are good, selection is on par with its competition.

I have to agree with Joe S. I don't know what country the people are from that own and work there, but they have no values. I will go in occasionally when I go to Papa Murphy's next door. Today I went to purchase some wine, when he told me the total amount, I question that he was off by $2.00+. He told me I was wrong, so I took him over and showed him where in the cooler it stated $19.99 not $21.99. He refused to honor the price. I told him he was a bad business man - what is a $2.00 + tax mistake for this store? Well, I cost them all my business. I highly recommend Great Vines Liquor at Smoky Hill and Gun Club.

I like their selection of beer. For being a smaller store they had a surprising amount of different beers to choose from. The staff was friendly and helpful.
