Seoul Korean BBQ & Sushi

Horrible service!! Avoid at all cost!Went here to eat B set AYCE.Upon sitting, the server said cook is not available and will be here within 30 minutes.. Therefore majority of dishes were NOT AVAILABLE.Since it will take wihin 30 minutes for cook to arrive, we go ahead and started with BBQ.The cook was not presence at the restaurant for 1.25 hours we were there. We could NOT order about 70% of dishes we wanted.I brought to the waiter/waitress about this issue, and they said they will work something out.Then at the counter, they wanted us pay FULL amount for 30% of the food we ordered.STAY AWAY FROM THIS UNPROFESSIONAL RESTAURANT AT ALL COST!

Yummy! Tried for the first time today and will be back. Authentic Korean food, we got the spicy pork stew and the pork cutlet ($45 total including tax). I think the main attraction here is the AYCE Korean bbq, there are 3 different price tier options starting at $33 per person (we will come back and try but it smelled delicious) Staff was friendly, no wait time because large venue with lots of seating, could definitely host a large group. And usually kbbq places are super loud but this wasn't! It was easy to have normal conversation and not yell across the table.

Seoul Kbbq has a large dining area great for large parties. We were seated quickly and opted for the Set C All- You-Can-Eat menu. While waiting on your meats to arrive we enjoyed some of their sushi options. The best roll was the crispy shrimp tempura roll, the main course was more satisfying. To accompany the order there are a handful of small side dishes to enjoy with your meal. I enjoyed the potato salad was sweet and creamy with corn, though I wish they had pickled radish as a side. I'm finding this side dish hard to find amongst Kbbq establishments for some reason. Large portions and lots of options among this menu. My favorite was the Short ribs (limit 2 piece per person). The thick and juicy cuts were amazing. Rich and fatty, 2 pieces were more than enough for me.One thing I really appreciated was that the staff checked in with us frequently to change out our grill and see if we wanted to order more.The only thing was our table did not receive scissors to cut the short rib with. I asked two servers if they could provide us with them though we never received them. It made the dish a bit difficult to eat, but all in all a good experience. The sushi was ok but main attraction was the large portions and roomy seating, which left me comfortably full after a few rounds of ordering.

Returned for the second time with my parents. This time the service was excellent as well as the food. Our waiter was excellent throughout our time there. He was, professional, attentive, and our wait for things to come out was not long. When I paid for our meal, I told them how I appreciated the great service this time around. The cashier told me that they are in the re-hiring of staff and undergoing staffing changes. I really hope they good real good staff. Good service equals returning customers equals profitability on top of good quality food. I look forward to returning in the future and better staff.

The food is good, but there are other competitors that are putting up a competition. The service and ambiance is fine. There isnt a sauce station, during the time that I went, but you get all the side dishes you'd normally get at a KBBQ spot.

Sat down fast. Food was delicious Very clean and service was fast. Will return again

Many times in the past my friend and I have had pretty rude customer service here but the last time we went, both ladies which one was being trained, were super sweet and weren't begrudging when we asked for things! The food is always yummy and even though the all you can eat can be pricy especially if you don't eat a lot, it's so good I find it worth it!

Always a joyBbq or hot pot both rock. We come here every few months. Great menu. Only down side is you have to choose between hot pot or bbq, cant do both

We had 5 of us and came in about an hour before closing. We were one of the only tables in there but this was my second time eating there. The food is amazing it may seem pricey but people need to realize it all you can eat. I don't know it was all you can eat the first time so it seemed very expensive but it's not. It is set up so cute like your own private kitchen and you are the chef!

Pretty sure all the 5 star reviews are fake. This place felt like the twilight zone. Service was horrible and food was subpar. Not a place to go for sushi or otherwise. Highly don't recommend. Not to mention I don't think the vents work so we were getting smoked out the entire time and there's holes in the floor. Absolutely no dining privacy. All around a terrible experience.
