Great Lengua tacos. Great al pastor burrito. Delicious house made hot sauces. Wonderful service. Added plus is that there is a discount if you pay cash.The al pastor was the best I've ever had. Great flavor & very. moist.

Check out this great spot for delicious Mexican food and refreshing drinks. It has a charming patio right off Hwy 105, across from Palmer Lake. Blink and you'll miss it as there is no Sasquatch & Yeti signage. The menu is a bit limited, but you should be able to find something to order with no problem. The green chile is mild, and the cauliflower cream salsa/sauce is exceptional.

There is small dining area inside and some stools with bar-type seating outside as well as a table with umbrella outside. We had a Poblano cream burrito and a The Sasquatch torta. The burrito was good, but the torta came on a bun that I image sat outside for a week before they filled it with food. It was so dry that the bread crunched in my mouth-gross! The asada (steak) in the sandwich was very tough. The other ingredients (avocado, onions, mushrooms, lettuce, tomato, pickled jalapeño) all tasted fine. I don't think there were refried beans in my sandwich, though there should have been. Also, the burrito had no potato, only spanish-style rice, which was a good thing, but there was way too much cheese which wasn't melted. Considering how few people were in the place, the order seemed very slow also. But at least they have lots of wait staff so you get refills quickly.

The margarita and food were perfection. Definitely a place I would go out of my way to eat again. I saw the margarita freshly prepared. It had chunks of pineapple and cucumber. The street tacos were tasty and a perfect combo with the Sasquatch torta. Highly recommend getting numerous items and sharing.

Our server was extremely nice and fast . We ate inside which wasn't the best in terms of ambiance but the outside was nice. The food was absolutely fantastic we really enjoyed it.

If you're looking for quick, authentic and legit tacos, this is the place to go when visiting Palmer Lake. A cute, small and quiet little hole in the wall, with a whole lot of friendly faces and great service, this place was amazing for us KC people craving some tacos. We had just about every taco on the menu, and they all were equally amazing. When I say some of the best outside of Texas, I mean it. The burritos were also a 10/10. Check this place out!
