Santiago's Mexican Restaurant

Always love Santiago's breakfast burritos and especially their hot green chili sauces.

Good as usual, I always order bean and carnitas Indian tacos, this time I ordered beef and bean Indian taco. I was just as good as the carnitas.

Picked up some green chili burritos on our way into the car wash (conveniently located next door). Seriously delicious breakfast wraps, with green chili, scrambled eggs, and potatoes- yum yum yummy. AND they have a drive through!And- for the fabulous price of $2.58 each. Who say what? (insert brake sliding screeching noise) The tax was almost more. And our tip of course. I think I'll go get one now

Tried a standard groud beef burrito and it had no cheese and very little chili. The flavor was quite institutional. I would stick with the breakfast burritos for sure.

Horrible customer service, they don't give you what you payed for, always forget to add the bacon, even if I mentioned.The manager is rudeNever go there, just go to different location.

I went and got a burrito and definitely need to ask for extra Chile. I ordered medium and tasted like there was no Chile. The service was fast and under $4.00 so not expensive. They need to not be so scarce with the Chile.

I am a long-time customer of the 128 W Bridge Street, Brighton, CO location with a concern that, for lack of a better term, Quality Control has declined. I wanted to express concern that I don't believe enough double checking of orders before they go to the customer is taking place with certain staff. I received my walk-in order from the 128 W Bridge Street location in Brighton this morning (6/7/21) after asking to make sure that one of the burritos was Mild and not Hot or 1/2-1/2. It turns out the supposed Mild burrito was indeed Hot, I was told it was Mild, but it was indeed Hot and unedible by the person I bought it for loves Santiago's green chili but not Hot. I realize the pandemic has been hard on businesses, especially restaurants, so I want to cut them some slack a bit. However, I believe businesses need to remain vigilant with efforts of taking care of the customer's order and not getting complacent.On another point, I tried to post this feedback directly to the restaurant via the website, but it appears that is not functioning either. That said Santiago's may need to get some areas of business cleaned up and back up to speed. This happens I will increase my star rating to 5 because I still believe they have some of the best mexican food around, especially the green chili.

Service,food and coffee are good,we eat there 2 -3 times a week ,Gabby and Raul are the best

Finally,,, a place that has hot, tasty food.I've never had better then what they served us tonight.Great service, great delicious food.

Some of the best Mexican food around and the service is always fantastic. Whether you are dining in or getting it to go.
