Santiago's Mexican Restaurant

Food is always consistently very good, Never had a problem at any of there locations. Icon restaurant in Denver metro area.

I definitely was not a fan of this place. We were in Colorado visiting for a few days. My cousin recommended it and said he'd pick up an order to go in his way over. We took a look at their menu, which isn't overly complicated with just a few of your basic Mexican food items to choose from.I ordered the ground beef enchiladas and my husband ordered the Indian fried taco. My plate was lacking so much flavor, starting with the red chili sauce, which is sad since Colorado in my opinion has access to some of the best chili powder brands in the US and the lack of flavor also showed up in the ground beef. The best thing about my plate was that on my little side of lettuce and tomatoes, my order had more tomatoes than everyone else. My husband ordered the fried Indian taco which turned out to be a large fried flour tortilla Tostada, it wasn't even close to looking like fried Indian bread. He didn't seem to mind his plate properly because he added some sour cream and homemade salsa to his dish. Personally, I think we would have gotten a better meal from Taco Bell. Sorry, Santiago's, but for me, next time, it's a hard no.

How lucky we are to have one of the Santiago's restaurant near us! It's authentic, delicious and some of the best green chile in Colorado! Quick service will have you enjoying your choice on their menu. Before you leave be sure to grab a couple of breakfast burritos for tomorrow if they arent SOLD out.

Waited over 45 min for chili cheese fries during lunch time because they decided to change out the fryer oil. No explanation until we started asking where our food was. I asked about compensation and the guy walked away.

Had to get our Santiago's fix. Haven't been here for a year! No Santiago's in Alaska. Fast service, food hasn't changed. Still average, my husband does like the green chili.

Horrible customer service. They hung up on me twice when trying to place a to go order. The girl was so rude. When we got our order it was completely wrong and the food was cold.

Always a great choice no matter where you're at in Colorado sometimes the one in Brighton surprises me with the really wonderful food and the choices on the menu

Horrible customer service. Zero acknowledgment of their customers. They obviously do not care. Now their food sucks. Never returning. A great way to go out of business is to treat your customers like crap. Well done.

Customer Service is spotty almost always but the food definitely backs it up, usually always super good. Restaurant staff are a little rude sometimes, and forget using the "to go window" they don't care to check that or they yell at you to come inside

I took my husband there for dinner last night. Absolutely the best. This is the best Santiago's they have in Colorado. You're kind server was the best. I will absolutely keep going there. If you're looking for a good Mexican food this is the place five stars if I could give you 10 stars, I would.
