Always great Breakfast burritos w that good Green Chili you can only find in Colorado. Outside Colorado you say green chili & people look at you like your crazy until they cone to Colorado & try some!!! Best part..there's a Santiagos out here in Fort Lupton!!!

Carnita Indian Tacos are to die for.... but we would like to see them add more diced tomatoes when they put it together. Seems like they are not wanting to give them out. 4 or 5 tiny squares are definitely not enough. The restaurant is owned by my husband's family. I love them dearly even thogh he doesn't see them often. he's so lucky to have them. Him and I also laugh about the half and half green chili.if it's super hot the cook must have been pissed when she made it. If it's a bit milder than normal she needs someone to make her mad!

I don't honestly know exactly what's going on in the restaurant. The food quality over the past month has gone downhill. I drive from Colorado Springs to work up here every so often and the food has just turned to shit. Last visit both of my burritos were cold the cheese wasn't even melted. This time it's like nothing is separated it looks disgusting and there's large chunks of egg and nothing else. Also the tortilla is really hard and crispy like it was fried on the grill which is new if that's something they're doing. I don't like it. They always ask for donations. So I googled the donation company that they want and I can't find it. Are they robbing people. I mean it's only $2.73 but still.

This is my first time actually eating inside a Santiago's. Usually its breakfast burritos provided by the producer for for the crew breakfast. And those burritos are very much loved and appreciated by al those that consume them. Of course for my eat in experience I had to sample a breakfast burrito not wrapped in tin foil but served on a plate. I love the half and half and today's meat was chorizo. I think the eat in burrito my be a little bigger and was just as yummy as the morning crew eats. Thought I would try something else on the menu and opted for a crispy chili relleno. Very good. Looking forward to trying other Santiago's menu items in the future.

Every Santiago's is slow as molasses, and this one possibly the worst. Why I even go there, I do not know. Maybe it's because the burritos are only $2.25/ea? I went there today, and sat in line for 15 minutes! There were only two vehicles ahead of me. A significant amount of that time was spent waiting for someone to take my order at the kiosk. By the time they took my order, no one was in front of me, and I still sat for another 5 minutes for my food. The food is a whole other story when it comes to Santiago's, regardless of the specific store. If you frequent Santiago's, you might get lucky to get a decent burrito once every 30 days. 9 times out of 10, the potatoes are half rotten, and cooked in deep fryers that taste like they haven't been cleaned in a month. The eggs are nearly always way over cooked to rubber consistency, and frequently I'll find burnt bits and shells in them. Ugh!The only thing Santiago's has going for them is location, and how cheap their burrito's are. However, the implicit message I get from their universally horrendous consistency in flavor and speed of service is that they're just begging, BEGGING, someone to compete and put them out of business. It's beyond obvious that the owners/managers don't care at all about consistency or service quality. People stack up waiting for their cheap burritos anyway. It's truly unfortunate that such a terrible chain has survived this long.

They mess up our food all the time, and now they've been messing up the same order twice like after we bring it back because it's not right the first time. So when we do order we have to come back at least twice to get it right, but today they were being really rude. First we asked for 1 mild breakfast bowl deluxe with rice and then a chicken and rice burrito smothered. The breakfast bowl was a burrito and the chicken and rice was in the bowl deluxe so we asked if they could remake it because It's just switched around, so we came back and asked for what we wanted 1 mild breakfast bowl deluxe and 1 mild chicken and rice burrito. When we got them, they were both 1/2 1/2. Messed up both plates and could only give me a partial refund for one of the plates. I told her mild for both because I can't have hot stuff and she said I asked for 1/2 1/2. I tried explaining to her that I wouldn't be able to eat it because I have digestive issues and she told me that we asked for it, which I obviously didn't. I asked if she could taste it then and she asked her cook if it was mild and she said it was mild but how is she supposed to remember when they have so many other orders? Like taste it i don't want to be rude but I can't eat it. Wasn't helpful at all and always gives rude attitude when we come in/ order. I won't be back

Besides growing up with the Santiago brand and only going to a select few because that reason and the one in Fort Lupton has kids running the front. I come here quite often but there was a male F.o.H that had an attitude and I felt it was as if I interrupted his good time when I made my order. Then he rudely helped another guest and the guest left. Once no customers he proceeded to do what he was doing and was loud and respectful of what customers were dining in. I feel that kind of behavior is not needed in your brand. I grew up with Santiago's. I will most likely be going to a different location because of that kid.

Not a taco salad. More like nachos, only came with nacho chips, ground beef, lettuce and cheese . Nothing to hold it together besides the salsa on the side. Worst Santiago's experience ever
