Santiago's

Usually do not go to this location, but was in the area and they had a drive through. After I started ordering, the woman on the intercom said that I have to come in to order. I asked why and she started rambling on and just repeated her insistence that I come in. Of course there was no parking available...left and didn't go in. Obviously overwhelmed at 1:30pm on a Friday afternoon. Customer service needs improvement overall. Will go to my usual other locations.

For over a decade my go to was a pint of green chili with two tortillas. $4. Now if you want the same, it's $7.$6, for the chili, that now does not come with tortillas and $1 extra if you want them. Seriously!!!!! You lost a steady customer. I just can't justify the 75% increase. Insane. I only stop by if I'm in the area, not very often, just too expensive.

Wow! Not all Santiago's are created equal. Unlike Leetsdale and Santa Fe, the Aurora Santiago's is not worth the stop. Ordered my go-to lunch burrito that is phenomenal at Leetsdale, bean & chicharrones with chile & cheese inside, and could not have been more disappointed. Sloppily made, old chicharrones that had the consistency of gravel, and no real flavor on the bean and chile. Won't be back.

visited santiago's today after not having it in a long time. they did not disappoint at all. still the same yummy breakfast burritos i remember. today is friday so the protein choice was sausage. I love the spicy and the half and half. burritos are the perfect size and perfect price. while the drive thru line is long the parking area had spots available in the front and around the back. I was in and out within 5 minutes. i feel like people should remember to be patient as it can get busy at times. the staff is friendly so i always tip. the people that get santiago's get it. and the people that don't don't. will forever be one of my favorite breakfast spots

So if you go through the drive through only for the neat-of-the-day burritos, it's fine, because that's the extent of the service that is acceptable. I just got off the phone trying to order both meat-of-the-day burritos and a "custom" burrito and instead of listening, the woman on the phone met me with "Do you know what you want to order? I have people waiting in line." Mind you I literally ordered 10 burritos prior to asking for a "custom" burrito, so obviously I knew what I wanted to order. With that being said, I'll be picking my order up here soon (and hopefully on time, because it doesn't matter how far in advance I call, they're never on time) and this will be the last time until change is evident. I was raised on Santiago's and have been going to this specific location for years, so either customer service is sloppy or management is. Do better, it's that simple.Pictured is the Yelp Data: the fact that 1 reviews have the highest concentration should say something. I've been patient, flexible, and repeatedly late to work due to sloppiness. So hopefully some change happens.

Reviews are all over the map on this location, but for me, it was great during my visit. Ordered takeout while traveling and it was ready a bit earlier than the quoted time, which worked out great. Staff was friendly and the food was delicious. The green Chile sauce was really good and the salsa was even better. Really unique salsa, sweet & Smokey unlike any other I've had.

I placed my order in Spanish and still received incorrect order. They would NOT fix it. Instead offered chips and salsa. Told me they had non complaining customers to attend to! Will NEVER EAT THERE AGAIN. We will not them for catering either.

Excellent breakfast burrito for my first visit.I will definitely be back. My nephew recommended this place to me as he and his friends like it as the food is cheap. I think he was underselling the quality.

As a quick follow up- I paid for 18 burritos and they only gave me 13. Now refusing to reimburse! Again emphasizing do not come here!

Went to this santiagos for a carnitas burrito but look at how small this burrito is (cost$4 btw) no wonder why the bad reviews on this place its going down-hill badly..
