Santiago’s

We ordered 3 chicken soft tacos with guac and sour cream and they charged us $7.00 PER TACO for the sour cream and guac. The taco was only $5.50. A tiny drizzle of sour cream for $3 per taco and a teaspoon of guac for $4 per taco. $20 just for toppings. Even chipotle doesn't doesn't do that! That's insane. Will never go back. I even questioned the girl at the drive-through window and she said everything added up correctly. If they don't have a way to charge you for adding sour cream and guacamole to an existing dish without charging you for three separate sides of guac and three separate sides of sour cream then they should inform you that it's gonna be an extra seven dollars per taco to have a little bit of topping on there. I told her our building sound right she acted like I was the crazy one. I paid $52 for two people for lunch. This used to be an inexpensive option and I don't know what they're doing lately but this is taking advantage of the customer.

Allergic to eggs, so I asked for a breakfast burrito without egg. NOPE, that becomes a lunch burrito. Really Santiago's, just leave out the egg, wasn't expecting more of the other ingredients. Im good, don't need an up charge for my meal. Even if there wasn't an up charge, just put it in minus the egg and be on with my order. Walked out with no burrito, and will probably never return. Loosing one customer at a time, hardly a solid business plan.

I just experienced something beautiful...the best breakfast burrito I have had in years! I just moved around the corner from here and needed a hearty breakfast for move in day. So I bought my husband and I two breakfast burritos with eggs, potatoes, cheese and chorizo. They were amazing! Juicy, tasty, just the right amount of kick from the sausage. I can definitely see becoming a regular here. They have an app where you can order ahead and pick up, which I highly suggest since they are very popular. I was a walk in and I was able to get my order within a few minutes but it was a small order. The service was nice. Well, Santiago's I think I found my new comfort food place! Looking forward to trying out other things on your menu.

Great food worse drive thru wait ever! It literally takes twice as long for the drive thru. Even if there is a line inside its way faster.

I used to think this was one of the better locations and now I'll never go back. Service is awful. Multiple people standing up front that would rather talk than take orders. I waited almost 20 minutes for 2 burritos while the 2 people that ordered after me got their food first. The rice wasn't fully cooked. Barely any meat. Tiny burritos.

I waited in the drive thru for about 15 minutes. The people here are extremely unfriendly, they give you an attitude for the slightest reason. I got my food after 15 minutes and I was the only one waiting in the drive thru lane. She gave me my food and when I got back to work, which was about a minute away from Santiago's. I noticed she did not give me silver ware, no napkins and no straw for my drink. The food was also served cold, I had to heat it in the microwave. Horrible establishment, I'm boycotting Santiago's from now on and taking my 15 dollars to Gomes Burritos!

Employees don't wear gloves. Saw more than 5+ people texting on their phones. I ordered an Indian taco and chili cheese fries with chili on the side. I get my order and it's not on the side. The workers proceeded to argue with me about what I ordered. Be better smh...

I stopped on 120th for takeout, ordered 2 smothered burritos and a Diet Pepsi. Order came to $22. The service wasn't bad, bathroom was dirty and smelled very bad.I was told they no longer have guacamole salad. The burritos I ordered were so runny, bland and disgusting that after 2 bites they went into the trash. Horrible food. First and last time at Santiago's. Hate to even give them one star.

Good food when they get your order right, which is a 50/50 shot in our experience. Ordered a steak burrito bowl tonight and got a bowl of meat with salsa on the side. Called them to let them know and they told us that's how it comes -- "just like Chipotle does it." I'm not a huge Chipotle fan either but I know when you get a bowl there it comes with more than meat and salsa. Told us we could come back in to get rice and beans to go with it, but it would be $1 more for each .Was so excited when they put the location in near our house but we've tried 6 or 7 times over the last few years and just hasn't met the mark, overall :/

We as coworkers have been buying burritos for several years. We've noticed lately that this location has reduced the size of their burritos and way less chili inside. We now have taken our business next door to Santiagos old location. GOMEZ BURRITOS!!!!! Santiagos (Carmin) doesn't seem to Give a SH!T! They have lost at least 3 to 4 hundred dollars a week from us.
