The food was delicious and the service was excellent. The ambiance was great. Extra points for having rice free sushi

Pros: Close to home. Reasonable prices. Sushi was pretty good. Some of the items were good sized portions.Cons: II was told 45 minutes to pick up my order. Good thing I went early because the order was ready. Raw fish sitting there for a while before I picked up could be dangerous.Was missing a piece of Hamachi sashimi from my order (check before you leave).Hamachi sashimi slices were frozen solid. You could tell looking at it. Very odd you would serve frozen fish.

Take focused. Overall happy being a good bang for the buck, quality and quantity. They tend to put on a lot of sauce so we usually tell them no sauce

Great sushi at fabulous prices! Unfortunately, there was zero seating for us on a Thursday night, which was okay because the place is very small and they do not have a wine/beer menu. We ordered several rolls to go. It took a while to get them, but they were definitely worth the wait. While waiting, I noticed a lot of people coming in for take out orders. My suggestion is to call ahead and order.

The sushi is fine, but don't order anything else unless you want microwaved dumplings and TEMPURA. Isn't tempura supposed to be crunchy and fresh? Not frozen then microwaved shrimp? Very low grade. No pans cooking anything in their kitchen. The staff isn't very friendly either. PASS on this place.

Visited here after SSE got some bad press on a local neighborhood site to see for myself.Fast...ish... as advertised! We ordered as walk-ins and our food was ready in 10 minutes as promised. Ordered Spicy California Roll, Cajun Roll, Erie (in honor of our town), Diablo roll and 6 pcs of Sashimi - $48Everyone in there was super friendly even though you could tell they were really busy.

I mean, decent sushi in Colorado at decent prices. I wasn't expecting much and actually enjoyed our rolls. Their most expensive roll is $9 - a large serving of miso soup is $1 (lacking chunks of tofu that other sushi joints offer, but darn good for a buck), and nigiri is $3 for 2 pieces. A steal, admittedly, and not excellent quality (the salmon and unagi were both good, pass on the tuna) but "Express" *is* in the name and it was $3. Verrrrry limited in roll offerings from a filling standpoint (tempura shrimp, crab, spicy tuna, and some combo of cucumber, avocado and cream cheese). We tried the Firecracker roll (my fave), Dynamite Roll and Rock & Roll. Overall, not bad. This will likely be a new regular stop for simple, fresh, affordable sushi. All in just down the road in Erie!

You have to take this place for what it is--express sushi. If you don't want to pay exorbitant prices when you're craving the sushi, but want a step up from your local grocery store sushi section; this meets expectations. Will say that they have not updated their prices from their online menu--so it was about $3-5 more overall than what I expected. I really recommend the Crunch Roll. Yum. I'll be back, probably this weekend and the next :)

We had lunch Sunday. Paul had the Bronco roll, and I had the Erie Roll. I thought they were exceptionally good. And nice generous portions too. It is a small little place, simple, perfect for takeout. Try it, it is delicious.

Very disappointed. We've been ordering takeout for two years. Everything was off tonight. The biggest disappointment was the poke bowl. Less than two pieces of sashimi diced up with lettuce and rice. Complete disappointment and a waste of money. Called the store to inform them and he argued with my wife. A little understanding and listening to your customers would be wise. I'm no longer a customer and I don't recommend them.
