I give 4 stars because they are local....not a chain. So I will support them forever. The crust is amazing. And the meatballs are fantastic. But in my opinion they could be better. So here is my advice to the owners and you can do with this what you want.Again the crust and sauce are awesome. But I think you are a little stingy with the toppings. The mushrooms that I got were seriously the width of a piece or paper. And the spicy sausage is a sliced sausage, not like clumps of minced meat that you get for say in Chicago....but that's subjective. As far as the pizza goes I will be back again but I need to be able to taste the toppings....not disect them as I'm looking for them. You don't have to go crazy....I understand food costs but at some point you may want to revisit them.Which bleeds over to the fantastic meatball. But if I buy 4 meatballs that's 12 bucks. How much is a pound of ground beef or pork if I go buy it. I'd cut that price in half and you would sell 3 times more. Again just one man's opinion.All in all a great pie with very nice people. Local and not a chain. Go support the little guy. I will be back many times over....they will dial it in.Cheers

Amazing pizza in this small area of CO in Kittredge! Completely unexpected! The woman (blonde; wish I had caught her name!) was so friendly and chatty with us tourists passing through. Highly recommend the Margherita pizza!!!

One of the best hidden gem pizza places I have found. Homemade sauce, homemade dough. Good gluten-free options as well if that's something you require. I can't wait to make my next trip back. Mariah and her team are excellent at what they do.

Small mom and pop place that was very close to the Airbnb we were staying at. Easy to order and pick up and lots of great options. Greek salads were perfect!

Best pizza - house sitting in Kitteridge looking for a quick dinner. WoW. We're from NY. Way to go. Best pizza. Quality cheese. Nice crust. Good salad too. Way to go Sabella

This was a very nice experience. I have been here a few times now! Service is nice. Food tastes nice and is surely edible lol! I like the 16 in cheese pizza! Everything about this place is just wow. Highly recommend. It also doesn't cost a truckload!

Just tried SaBella for the first time. What a great addition to the food choices in Evergreen! Pizza is all about crust, sauce and toppings and all were extraordinarily good. They claim to ferment their dough for two days, and we believe it. It's chewy, but not tough and the pesto and tomatoes were great. The roasted garlic cloves were a nice touch. We hope that our neighbors will join us in frequenting this place and keep it in town! The tiramisu dessert looked homemade, with real whipped cream along all of the traditional ingredients. What a find!

This is definitely the best pizza around these parts. The crust is perfect and they use quality ingredients. It is our go-to pizza place.

I met a friend here for a late lunch. The pizza was delicious. I ordered Shawn's House pizza. The crust is light and airy. The ingredients were fresh. The red sauce was light, fresh and just the right amount.Mike, the kitchen manager greeted us. He was very friendly and personable. We also met the owner, Mariah who was also very friendly and personable. It's worth the drive. I live in the Denver metro area. Parking is not the best so it's best to car pool unless of course you order takeout. There are about 8 tables for seating inside. It's only been open for several months. They are expanding their menu.
