This food truck is legit. The owners Ryan and Rick were friendly and accommodating. The brisket taco with the avocado was seriously good.

was born and raised in Texas and since moving to Colorado I have been searching for breakfast tacos... I have tried several "breakfast tacos" from other places and they all fell short (even from the popular places)Then, I tried RxR and honestly? It does not get better than that.FOODPros:- the flour tortillas are so delicious!- the fillings! During the past few months I have tried most of their breakfast items, their brisket, and their barbacoa. They are all comparable to Texas (and even Mexico)Cons:- their burger (it was a special a few weekends ago) wasn't my favorite but it wasn't bad eitherService: can be a bit of a wait but mostly because they have a great customer base but it is so worth it. Additionally, they are friendly and welcoming!

I came for first time to get a sandwich didn't realize that they were closing and instead of saying, we have brisket left, but it's a bit fatty. They decided to sell it to me anyway, instead of being of good business practices and say return later, I got a sandwich full of fat. $14 dollars out the window I have been here in Colorado for 8 years now from a small Tx town known for the Bbq and if ya gonna say that then bring it

I drove 35 minutes to eat here. Why? Because I love tacos, especially if they say they are Texas-style tacos, since I'm from Texas. So the long drive really is short to get something that would otherwise take a plane ticket to achieve.Tacos are on point. Big ones, too. I also liked that they sold their salsas. It's worth that drive and the owner has an upbeat personality. My only feedback is the amount of cheese. Some people like cheeses a lot, but I like to balance the ingredients so one isn't overpowering the others. Otherwise, it was perfection.

As a born & raised Texan I was so excited to find this bbq truck. Being in the military & living away from our beloved bbq, we never have high expectations when eating bbq ... because you know ... everything's better in Texas. ;) We drove out to Littleton from Highlands Ranch on a Saturday. They weren't very busy + ordering was easy. We went with the brisket sandwich + the taco (can't recall the name) with brisket. Now let me say, I am extremely critical of bbq. I come from a cattle ranching family + bbq is something we do/eat several times a month. In our opinion the brisket was a little too fatty for our liking + didn't have a strong flavor ... I think it could use more seasoning. My husband, who ordered the brisket sandwich, was disappointed in the lack of bbq sauce on the sandwich. As for pricing, I know food truck pricing is always high. We decided we won't be returning. We rather wait for our trips back home than pay the prices here. With that said, I would recommend them to those here in Denver who's wanting a taste of Texas bbq.

Holy BBQ - stopping by while on a trip and got a brisket sandwich. This thing was melt in your mouth delicious. It's a sin to make something so amazing. Buttery brioche, the hint of bbq, the onion and pickle- just it all tied together so well I need to stop by again before leaving CO. RxR has been around for almost 2 years and deserves much more attention for the mouthwatering food they provide.EDIT: I came back that same week for tacos. Just come here and come back again. I can't stop thinking of the food they serve.

One of the best tacos I've had in Colorado. I was leaving the parking lot of an aging strip mall dominated by an ARC Thrift Store. I had just finished lunch at Bang Bang Asian Cuisine but saw this taco truck by the road. Intrigued I decided to drive by and take a look. Turns out they recently won top taco and salsa awards. Dang...just had lunch and I'm full. What to do...what to do. A good taco is my kryptonite and Taco won. I asked the owner what's his go to taco and he suggested the El Norteno...a Texas style sliced brisket taco with jalapeño salsa. I ordered just one...after all this is my second lunch and I dont want too much. The taco is massive. More like an open burrito with a 1/4 pound slice of brisket. The brisket was tender, Smokey but not over powered by it, and flavorful. Actually top notch brisket. The taco came dressed with cheese, beans and freshly sliced avocados. The jalapeño salsa was on the side...which I prefer. The taco doesn't get overly wet and travels better. The salsa itself is fantastic. It has a bit of heat and is nicely balanced with an herbal tone from the fresh jalapeños and cilantro. The olive oil is emulsified has a creamy texture on the palate rather than being wet. A rather chef-y touch. That salsa adds brightness and punch to a very meat forward taco. My only complaint is that I truly would have been transported to Taco nirvana if I had an ice cold beer with the taco! The gent who was manning the taco truck is one of the two owners. Super nice dude who likes to chat about his love for serving up some of the best tacos and salsa around. He's the mad genius behind the salsa and more "traditional" tacos. His business partner is the master of smoke.
