Had a group of 6 people come here on a Friday night for the immersive bowling experience. We paid around $20 per person for 2 hours of bowling on one shared lane. In my experience this is a pretty solid/cheap rate for bowling! The lanes were not full, so we didn't have to wait at all! I loved the bowling shoes machine where you pressed a button to get your shoes and then just dropped it off in a bin when you were done. I would size down about half a size though. This space felt like a Japanese Dave & Buster's and I loved it!The service was pretty extraordinary and the staff loved that we dressed up for Halloween. We ordered the gyoza and the shake fries (w/ Cajun seasoning) and I felt like the food was pretty decently priced and tasted pretty good for one of these types of arcades/entertainment spaces. I appreciated that they had additional food/drink options besides burgers and pizza. Would definitely come back here to try the karaoke rooms! This feels like a great option for bowling/games that isn't too crowded.

Overall I had a pleasant experience with the staff being quite friendly and willing to assist when the claw machines we played inevitably malfunctioned or broke. We won a good amount of prizes with $50 spent on claw machines and $40 on two rounds of bowling. I've been to cheaper arcades/bowling alleys for sure but the prices weren't too outrageous.

Never having been here before and experiencing places like Dave and Busters, no it's not as grand, but it's fun nonetheless. The space is well used with lots to do like karaoke, bowling, pool, arcade games and ping pong. You either pay a price for one event for an hour or can pay a larger fee for an all inclusive experience. We opted for paying here and there since we weren't going to partake in a few of their offerings. We ended up playing a round of ping pong and pool, both of which were equally fun.The employees were all nice, but I think their computer system could use an upgrade as they were having issues both times I went up to pay. They've got food and drinks, but we decided to eat before. However, some of our friends ordered food which we tried and it wasn't bad at all. This is a pretty sweet place and lots of fun for all ages. We're already talking about coming back since we didn't hit the arcade or karaoke rooms.

I paid $24 for a card with credits loaded. The card didn't work so we had to get a new card. But it was enough enjoyment for two adults. We played more than a handful of games. I really enjoyed the games that involved actual movement- eg: pop a shot, air hockey, skeeball, throwing the football, throwing the baseball, etc. The one that was a waste was the hungry hippo one... that game does not work with two ppl! We had enough tickets to buy a handful of candy lol.Bowling was aiight too. Their balls have a cool baseball pattern. I think it was $35 or something for bowling for two adults and two games plus shoes. Don't remember.Fun date night in the burbs.

Food there was decent, drinks were decent. Staff seemed a bit ruffled up at times, but I gave them the benefit of the doubt since it was like 5-6 in the afternoon on a Saturday. Bowling was great, would definitely recommend if you're going to be there a while and want to bowl, definitely spend the extra $ for a 120 min bowling session. With two people, we got through like 7-8 games before our time was up. Also: personal opinion on arcades for parentsArcades are casinos for kids. Just food for thought.

This bowling alley is inside the Southwest Plaza mall. It's a very cool bowling alley. They also have tons of arcade games, karaoke rooms and pool tables.! They have rental shoe dispensers and it's the coolest thing I've ever seen! You pick your shoe size and push the button and you get your shoes! The do serve food and drinks. We had a blast and really enjoyed the atmosphere. 10/10The seats are a bit worn down and they have placed black tape on the red seats to cover the damaged area so it makes it look a bit tacky.

Come on man, is it too much to hire employees that don't need a gun to their head to do a simple task? The lines for good and drink are offensive and when you see the employees that can not be bothered to help, it's even worse. And your pizza, that trashcan lid is not worth $20. I suggest you hire folk that can spell the words "customer service" first, then start asking obscene prices for frozen pizza.

I went to use gift cards I purchased a few years ago at a silent auction. The cards say Never Expires on the back. Well they changed their system so my cards did not work. When they checked them they could not tell how much was on them as their system changed. I had 8 gift cards, I don't remember the value but I think they had $10 each. The manager was called up and could not help me and would not give me new cards, I said what am I supposed to do now as I did pay for these. Her response was "What do you think I am supposed to do" and she would not do anything to help or compensate me. Management was rude and had poor customer service skills. I am in my 50's so not some kid trying to get free games.

This place is one of our go to spots for bowling. It has a little something for everyone, but we tend to just bowl and play the arcade games. I find the bowling to be fairly affordable. The arcade games are expensive, but they are inline with other places. We have always gotten really good customer service, so it surprises me to read the other reviews. We have only ever eaten their french fries, so I can't speak to the food. For atmosphere, it looks a little rundown, but for an afternoon with the kids, it does the trick.

Well to begin with, we paid for 90 minutes of bowling, and the staff member only gave us 60 minutes. So I had my boyfriend go and fix that & they gladly gave us the extra 30 minutes we should have had. Lastly we wanted to finish the last few frames we had, we had 5 minutes left so I went to the desk, waited over 5 minutes before a young girl who just worked in the Arcade saw me. Sadly she couldn't assist me, so she was calling for help, I literally waited over another 5 minutes before she let me know that nobody could help me!! So I wasted that time for nothing so I went to go back up my stuff, and I came across another young man cleaning up the bowling alley area and I asked him what time do they shut down the bowling alley, he said 1:45 am but you had to get all the last minute requests for more games or time before 1 am. So I let the young man know that I was at the desk before 1 am and nobody was able to help me add the extra time on. This young man decides to start to argue with me saying that I was at the desk after 1 am and he heard everything as he said he had an ear piece in and told the girl that he didn't want to help me. I decided to walk away and that young man gave me the dirtiest look and I felt so incredibly uncomfortable. I will not be returning for the fact that the customer service at this location is very unprofessional and they treat their guests rudely!
